I was going to let this go but at this point they’re stealing money. 2 weeks ago they left a whole burger out of our order and we were in a hurry so could not wait around to inspect. Today I ordered a sandwich with an extra patty and after a long debate with whoever was working the com, I was assured what I was ordering would have it as I could not see him add it to the screen. Once again I could not sit and wait to check my food that they conveniently have the bags closed with a sticker when you get them. It was missing the party and sure enough I was charged for it.

Super stupid idea show this one when it located on the marin base

I ordered on the app and went to pick it up and no one was there. This is during the hours they are open. I wanted 20 minutes then walked to the building and all the lights were out.

Take it off the map, or let people know you don't serve non military. They will take your ID from you without reason or explanation, if you take this turn off

Minutes to get my food after I ordered it. All of this for some chicken strips and mozzarella sticks. This place needs a sense of urgency it has none

I ordered $30 worth of food for my friends and I. We just got home and the hamburgers are completely burnt and feel like hockey pucks. I tried to call the store but didn’t get an answer. I’m super disappointed because that’s a lot of money

Military only. If you accidentally drive to the gate you won't be treated kindly. Not sure why they even have this on Google maps

I arrived around 0845. I stood by until the "Red Button activated. We'll be with you soon" timed out two times. I went to the drive through and received no service. I went to look inside and no employees were present. Someone missed their shift this morning, but it's open at 0800.

Around 0920, Isaac politely informed me that he was here and could take my order at 1000. He couldn't because the system was down, though.

I'm very satisfied with their service recovery business options. Isaac gave me free solar eclipse glasses! No one should miss it next week. There won't be another opportunity until 2084.

Thank YOU Isaac! It was worth the wait.

Recommendation: accept a customer's offer to pay cash if you can write down the order. The restaurant shouldn't be this reliant on technology.

Ordered 2 breakfast burritos, thankfully I did because the 2 burritos together barely made 1 burrito. I had to re-roll them because they were falling apart and there was maybe 1 egg and maybe enough for 1 chopped up breakfast sausage link each. There was a bunch of cheese in one burrito but there was 4 shredded cheese bit in the 2nd one. Not worth the $10 but it at least it tasted good. Usually I wouldn’t leave a review but reviews are how things get fixed without looking like a Karen.

This location has gone downhill, and is awful now. Fries are not crunchy and miserly in portions. Burger patties over cooked and seem to have been reduced in size by 50%. It took 15-30 minutes to receive or order and it is fairly expensive for what you get. McDonald's is far better...and that's sad. Their bathrooms are disgusting and foul.
