What a great find! Chef John recently catered our 80-person wedding - providing appetizers, main courses (buffet style w/ a carving station), and our dessert (a cake / croquembouche combo). Chef John is a seasoned pro and made choosing our menu a breeze. Everything was absolutely delicious, and our guests gave us tons of compliments on the overall experience. Chef John delivered an impeccable experience for my dinner party.. the professionalism and quality was beyond expectation, and he is truly an expert chef delivering the most exquisite dishes. He is also kind, accommodating and very personable. I’d recommend Chef John and his team to anyone!
