I love your product in concept and when it’s delivered right. 2 MAJOR issues:
1. Service is extremely slow.
2. I order the protein toast on gluten free bread. For a long time, it always came on 2 pieces due to how small the gf bread is. I’ve ordered this in Campbell (my usual store), in Aptos, and in Southern California and it’s always been the same. Recently, however, it’s been coming on only 1 piece of bread. Great place with friendly service and amazing products. Wasn’t feeling good and got me a protein packed smoothie with some pressed juices. My throat was sore so couldn’t really eat hard food. The smoothie was filling I didn’t even finish my cleanse for the day. Plus the way you can customize and add as many superfoods on is great. Definitely had me feeling better by the end of the day.
Expect to wait more then 30 minutes (if the place has no other customers.) Often orders are wrong. And if you order delivery through the app, they take no responsibility if the delivery doesn’t arrive. (It’s happened to me several times.)
Wish this place was better because South Bay is lacking in juice bars like it.
