The food, decor, and service were all absolutely first-class. The appetiser of the day was a burratta and prosciutto salad which I loved, and our server Lorenzo was absolutely charming.

My only complaint was that the base they use for their gluten-free pizza options is underwhelming (I assume a store-bought cauliflower base) and I would implore them to find a better option.

This is my second time eating here at Locanda Sorrento & wow the food & the service gets better every time. Had reservations for 5:45pm and was sat immediately by the hostess, followed by our great server. I got the special Rib eye steak, & it was fantastic. Even the side salad was great with that lemon dressing. Always have to finish it with their lemoncello dessert. 10/10 experience as always.

Always Delicious entrees and drinks. Felt a little pushed which was somewhat unsettling. Repeated requests to take our "whole" order while we were trying to enjoy our cocktail and appetizer. Noise level was a little loud though making it difficult to hear conversation, even across the table.

Love the energy, the food and the cocktails here! It's cozy and charming, not so loud that you can't talk with friends but still a lively little place.

We have been searching for a new favorite Italian place since our old one closed a few years ago. This had such a fun, family atmosphere with the friendliest staff. We absolutely loved everything that we ordered! We ordered bread basket and the meatballs for appetizers which was the perfect start to our meal. We ordered Casio e Pepe, Penne Alla Vodka, Lobster Ravioli, and Pollo Parmigiana and they were all so delicious!

We LOVED our time at Locanda Sorrento! Friday is a "happenin'" day! Tons of people, liveliness, energy and vibes that made the place fun and thrilling. It was a casual "girl's night" for us three ladies, and our service was wonderful (attentive, accurate and a true gentleman). He even brought us a complimentary dessert (perhaps because he saw how pregnant I am! Haha!). We also love their sister restaurant, Locanda Ischia, but it's nice to know that whether we're in Campbell or Willow Glen, we have a favorite Italian food place to go any time. We'll be back - especially to sing more opera with your waiter! :-)

Alright.. got there at 6:50 for our 6:45pm reservation (it was pouring rain that day, took us a bit longer to reach the restaurant) anyhow, our table was not ready and the lady looked at us like she did not expect anyone to have a reservation just yet, it was packed!!! birthday party group of +10 & a baby shower party happening at the same time ( noise level way too high, waiter yelling for most part ) me and my husband waited patiently at the door for our table to be ready, while two girls who came in after us was offered prosecco while waiting, but not us. 10 minutes later we got our table.. Food had mild to zero flavors, ( no salt/peper on the table ) too expensive for that kind of food, biggest disappointment was the bruschetta and caccio Pepe ... Unsatisfied quality and hectic loud atmosphere.. bummer!

First time here and we loved it! From the cute decor and great atmosphere we were already living it as we walked in.
The food was delicious. I had the lasagna which was delicious and my husband had the linguine with clams and shrimp.
The service was great!
We will definitely be back!
Almost forgot to mention my expresso martini which was one of the best I had.

An Italian restaurant actually run by Italians, with real Italian waiters, who know how real Italian food should be prepared and presented. Portions are too big in my view. And, the chef is too heavy handed with the salt for my taste. The best dish we tried were the gnocchi, which were delicious. The arancini were ok, the melanzane were very good, the cacio e pepe was ok, the trofie were overcooked, and the linguini had way too much salt. A very good Italian white wine from Campania was excellent. Real espresso too- Lavazza coffee.
