2nd time ordering and was disappointed with service. First order was good and delivered on-time. Second order was picked up and was told I could not get my online offer because I did not place my item it applied to in-cart. I have never had to do this for any other pizza order. What's worse is that your rep did not want to try to make it right on the spot or even grab the manager.
If the owner wants to make this right, please do follow-up with the contact us comment I left.

Been here twice recently for the lunch buffet. Pizza is always old and dried out. Sat here waiting for 30 minutes for fresh pizza to come out. Nobody ever came and checked on it and when asked they seemed surprised. Terrible service and a waste of money to eat dried out pizza under a heat lamp. I could do that at 7-11 for a fraction of the price. Will never come back here

Ordered Yosemite pizza and customized it to have mushrooms and paid extra for that. The pizza was delivered without any mushrooms. Even the black olives were missing as well. Won’t be ordering here anymore!

$47 for a small pizza that seemed more like a personal pizza and 12 wings which were dry even though we asked them to be barbecue wings they just kind of like slapped it on . Total $48 which included a water bottle and a Gatorade I think I will be going somewhere else next time oh and because he was a hot day it was also hot in there fix your AC system or turn it up.

Came in early for a pickup order. No one at the register so we just walked in and searched for a clean table to wait at. Some employees were hanging out at a table and just about every other table in the place had trash, crumbs, or reusable drinkware on it. The pizza was fabulous, but I was a bit shocked at the state of the restaurant. Had we chosen to dine in, it feels it would have been a drastically different experience.

The absolute worst pizza place I have even been to in my life. Like all of the other bad reviews on here, don’t ever go to this location. We waited over 2 hours to get one single pizza, and they NEVER made it. They kept telling us “2 more minutes” over and over again in the store, and they never put our order in. Save yourself the time and money and don’t ever go here.
This place is dead every time we have come. The food is hit or miss. And mostly miss! My husband and I started to order pizza without meat due to how the meat tasted and cheese for our kid, sometimes with beef / chicken. The meat tastes dirty and old. Ingredients do not taste fresh and probably stored longer than supposed to or are not stored in the right conditions. We've never had a chicken or beef pizza taste good there. Even fresh tomatoes on top of the pizzas have tasted rotten. It's been awhile since we've had pizza, so we decided to order recently and for right under 60$ for 2 large pizzas(coupons even changed and now not worth it), we will never come back. This was the worst pizza we've ever had. I wasn't even comfortable giving it away. It was so bad. We have officially wasted too much money over the past few years trying the pizzas since this place moved in(it's just close to home & convenient). Overall, not impressing a bit with the quality of food, customer service is basic, lack of decent coupons and parking, and so much more. Hopefully, if you're craving pizza and decide to stop by, you don't have the same experience as we have.
Parking: When busy, not much parking. Really tight spaces and small lot.
