Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I come here because I work close and there is one lady I think her name is ambermarie is constantly INCREDIBLY rude. No customer service skills. They always look miserable. If I were the manager here I would fire some of these workers immediately. Went to Starbucks this morning to pickUp my mobile order. Not my 1st time at this location. This time I was soooo beyond disappointed. I got my hot coffee & it was cold and it did just sit there. Then I opened the lid & I got totally ripped off. The cup was not full. Ot was like a grande size!!! I've never had issues here before & wondering if I want to go back. I was soooo upset & just had to hurry up & get to work or I would have said something
