Your main reason for coming here is to eat world class pasta especially their house made tortellini—every bit as good and even surpassing some of the best you will eat in Italy!!!! Main Con is space is cramped and since food is so good it's always fully occupied so the noise level is unbearable if noise bothers you or almost brushing elbows with noisy folks at other tables. I'd say at least try it, and see if you can get the window table? Or perhaps sitting outside...
Wonderful little restaurant in Campbell. Probably the best gnocchi in the Bay Area (that I know about), soft and pillowy, lots of flavor. The appetizers were also wonderful, we had the wedge salad with ranch and it was chopped so very eatable and plenty of dressing. The polenta appetizer was also super delicious. We got a bottle of amarone which is a rarer bottle, and it was truly delicious. The whole experience was great.
The food, as always, was excellent. All ordered dishes were prepared and presented with attention to detail. Our only complaint (again) is that it is far too noisy to hold any conversation. Tables are close together, surfaces are hard, and rooms are small. We have visited several times and, as much as we love the food, we are unlikely to return because the noise level has always been too loud.
