Very bad service ? I arrived 4:47 late and it was 5:20 they didn't talk to me to tell me my order was ready. But they do have time to joke and waste time. I was waiting there at the restaurant, I can't believe they have such bad service..

Great service, the nicest people. Small little place. The parking lot is really small but the wings are very salty. The sodium content must be thru the roof. Almost to the point of it being inedible. I ordered the hot wings had about 4 wings and that's all I could eat. The saltiness was way overpowering and made it taste bad. Fire wings is a much better, higher quality of wings.

So much wrong. They got the order wrong. They failed to call out my name when it was ready. The wings were so salty, that they were nearly inedible. The Stevens Creek location in San Jose is quite good but this location is badly run. Never going back.

Ordered 2 10 boneless chickens with large fries. All employees felt rather newly hired as they did not know the answers to some of our questions. The order came out after about 20-30 minutes. We opened our order and were heavily disappointed at the size of our chicken… every single one of them had the tiniest pieces and did not look to be worth what we paid. Fries were cold. Honestly became so sad as we were craving wingstop for days. We asked if we could receive a refund. None of the three employees knew how. They called a manager but they did not answer and therefore no refund… Despite one of the worst experiences we’ve had at wingstop, the employees were not rude (pos employee was very nice) which is why I give two stars instead of one.

If you want a deal 20 boneless wings,pick 4 flavors,large fries and 2 dips you can't go wrong. They are good a must try.

For what they charge food should be better. Wings were a bit oily. Fries were soggy and gross. A bit disappointing.

I'm pissed off. I ordered they the Uber. I ordered all flats i got drums. My original hot the sauce didn't even covered the wings. WHEN I HAD TO PICK UP MY ORDER i had to give my name TWICE

Terrible. Messed up the order i placed in store and didnt redo the order although i was told by the cashier to return to correct it. Manager never returned my call to fix this.Bad experience all

I don't know what has happened to wingstop in the past few years but it is no longer any good. Everytime I go in there, there's only one or two workers who both looked stoned out of their minds, the place is dirty, and my food is never right. I get home expecting to have a nice meal with my wings and I open the box and see that not a single wing has been fully covered in sauce some not even being covered at all. For anyone thinking of coming here for wings think again.

Came here on a Saturday for a carry out. Wait time was far since I order 40pcs of wings. Place looked clean,but it's really cold in here. I can't even enjoy my wings in peace and they need to dedicate some time to clean there cash register area.When I got home my whole food was was hot except my fries. They tasted cold and old. Do better I had to throw them in my air fryer
