I bought Almas sausage, unfortunately, it was not good and it smelled strongly of lamb fat ( sheep's tail ) and I think it was stuffed with fat instead of cheese. Because it was cheese sausage .

We live in Midwest and do not have access to Almas products or similar middle eastern deli product. I placed a large order on beef sausage and salami and beef salami was very tasty and close to what we want but beef sausage had a strong taste of lamb or goat and we did not eat them.

We usually use Alma’s products, it was suggested by one of our friends (Dr Nooravi) and since then we always use it mainly it’s whey, ghormeh sabzi and mirza Ghasemi (to die for)
