This Arby's at Canoga Park is HORRIBLE. On MANY occasions, they close an HOUR BEFORE they are listed as being closed. I've tried to find the management's number so that I can complain but Arby's wont even list their number. I guess they dont want to hear our complaints. The staff inside pretend they dont hear me when I pull up at the drive thru. It's pathetic. Many of them have this dazed and confused look in their eyes like they've never seen another person before. A few of the staff act like they hate their job and like they are bothered by my patronage. Some of them cant seem to lose that 'hood' attitude. Who hires these people?!

What!!! No more potato cakes? I must be a little out of touch with Arby's. The Roast beef has not lost its flavor. Overall great service. Medioaker sandwich. This particular trip all the sodas were flat. Horrible specially since it was almost triple digit weather.

Foods ok but customer service has really tanked. We were helped by someone who sounded like he wanted to be anywhere beside there,didn't listen, didn't get the order right and didn't offer to fix. Not going back

It's been a while since I stopped by Arby's. Decent fast food alternative to burgers. Wide variety of sandwiches from the classic roast beef to chicken, turkey, brisket, etc

Food was good. The wait time, not so much. It did take a while to receive my order. Window EE was to busy flirting and even at one point grabbed the vehicles vape pen and uses it. I understand being young and adventurous, but I had a difficult time explaining that to the wife...LOLBesides thay the food was good as usual, customer service could use some work.

This location is unfortunately not the best the sandwiches which were regular Arby's roast beef were very light on the meat and the service was horrible the drive through a tendon was very rude and nasty so I'm going to have to say this is not a location worth visiting

Second time order was not right. Ordered classic roast beef sandwich. When I got home had cheddar ones. Mad had to go drive back to get right sandwiches. Don't they pay attention to what is ordered and what if given to customers.

Drive-thru was their priority, no regard for us as we ordered inside. Couldn't eat in restaurant, so order was To Go. We waited for nearly 30 minutes to get our food. I get that it's the pandemic and staffing levels are low but 30 minutes for an order is way too long. The F bomb was used loudly as I could hear it across the room. Really disappointed with how poorly we were treated.
