He wrote on the cake beautifully. Thank you so much. Also he held the door open for me on the way out. Great customer service.

We just left this location. Came here at 9:40PM and the employees wouldn’t let us come in because they just moped. Please change the time of closing if this is gonna be the treatment management is teaching their employees to have with clients. Super rude treatment.

Best custom ordered cakes!My team wanted to throw a special surprise birthday party for one of our managers at the office and made the theme all about him. We got custom wrapping paper with his face on it and I ordered a custom cake on 8/11/2023. I placed the order one week in advance via the Baskin-Robbins app. Not all locations offer the "Create Your Own PhotoCake" and I found it easily on the app vs. the Baskin-Robbin's website.On the day of, I called ahead of time to confirm the cake was ready for pick up. I went with my manager to pick up the cake and mistakenly went to the wrong location. Luckily, this location was easier to get to and the parking lot was more spacious. This store also looked cleaner.K, the store manager, asked us what our favorite ice cream flavors were and he gave both of us two samplers to try. It was such a sweet gesture. He told us that the custom cake was handmade by his wife! She did an incredible job. The cake was perfect and everyone at my office laughed and loved how the cake turned out. I would definitely recommend coming to this Baskin-Robbins if you want a custom picture cake.

Easy parking, really nice owner who offers samples upon walking in. Lots of flavors, you can't go wrong! They also have plenty of seating inside if you're wanting to have your ice cream there. It's clean, air conditioned, and lots of light.

Wonderful customer service!! Was helped by a lovely woman on the phone to help me pick colors for my moms birthday cake. The cake was absolutely adorable and they were so nice when I went to pick it up. We’ll be back!

I came in to this Baskin Robbins after a stressful day, and had the pleasure of being helped by Lawrence. His professionalism and kindness truly restored my faith in human beings. He greeted me immediately when I came in as he was assisting another patron who was on their phone. After providing me service, he took it upon himself to open the door for me so that I wouldn't drop my ginormous cones with 3 scoops each. This is the service I remember from times before. Thank you Lawrence for not just your etiquette but your kindness and professionalism!

Customer Service is not great I don't know why this place has 4 stars really? The ice cream is not delicious looking or fresh the ice cream cones looked like they hadn't been changed in a long time and there are never any females working here ever. The worst customer service is given by the few males that do and with so many locations across the city I can easily ignore this one and go to a better well equipped location with beautiful desserts, ice cream, cakes, and a variety of flavors.
