Friendly staff, chill seating areas, excellent pricing on cafe products (& banking products: checkout their Venture/Venture X credit cards)

All my friends know when we come to shop @ topanga, I have to stop by for my coffee here at the Cafe. Verve has always had good service but today it really exceeded my expectation, definitely unreasonable hospitality!! It seems everytime i go the oven is never working so I’ve had a couple cold chocolate croissants & they’re still so yummy! But I couldn’t get anything from the menu i wanted this time, so I just ordered my coffee & after I was waiting for my coffee, the Man at the counter was so kind to give me two cupcakes!! It made my day for sure, I didn’t get his name but he was awesome!

Ordered cafe au lait but it was so sour I had to waste it. Also there’s no spots left and the only one seat that’s empty has someone resting their feet on it.

This is definitely not a typical bank branch where you just deposit or withdraw cash. It’s a mix of a coffee shop and a bank, offering plenty of space to hang out with friends. You can order a coffee or smoothie while you’re there. If you have any questions about Capital One account, there are several tellers available who will be happy to assist you.

Such a nice quiet space to go do work or just to hang around for a bit. The resources available here were as insightful as we had read about. The coffee was a nice mid day pick me up while walking through the mall.

It’s a crying shame that the best coffee shop in Woodland Hills is 1. inside a mall 2. Part of a bank. Which means I’ll never go here unless I’m already at the mall or need to make a cash withdrawal and buy a Plumbus at the Spencer’s next door.

Lame the associate truly didn't want to help and wanted to get off work as soon as possible (I came 20 min before close, stayed 5 min, never coming back) was not helped.

I recently became a Capital One debit card owner and haven't had any regrets.The cafe is great for card holders who want a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to enjoy a work session or chat with a friend. Drinks are 50% off for cardholders too!I came in to test my debit card worked and it was seamless and quick. The staff answered my questions regarding using my debit card abroad and confirmed there are no foreign transaction fees when using the Capital One debit card at any ATM internationally. Definitely another plus in my book. It makes me even more excited for my next trip!
