Capital One Café

Prices are outrageous. Portions are tiny. Menu says they have large, but don't have the cups. Most employees just stand around. Place is a joke.

Clean location with plenty of seats. Friendly customer service is always provided. This location could use more banking machines. However, there needs to be more security or law enforcement officers, especially at night time or closer to closing time. My family and I were being followed by a group of guys on the younger side. They walked in looked around and sat in the back. Waited, and decided to try something with my family and I. Good thing we noticed and were able to react quickly.

I'm crazy about this place. Such a nice comfy atmosphere. They made me an iced latte with oatmilk and it's delicious! The best part is it's 1/2 price if you use your Capita One card. It's on the first floor of the Westfield Topanga mall across from a store called Madewell and under Lucky Brand Jeans.

I had such a fantastic experience at the Verve Coffee Bar inside the Capital One Lounge at Topanga Mall! The space is spotless, calm, and beautifully designed. It’s such a refreshing place to take a break and enjoy a great drink.

The coffee and matcha are absolutely delicious! Fresh, balanced, and perfectly made every time. But what really makes this spot shine is the amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, warm, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re taken care of.

A special shoutout to Thuan, who went above and beyond! He is so attentive, kind, and welcoming. He made sure every detail was perfect and treated guests with such care and professionalism. It’s rare to find service like that! And Chrissy was also wonderful, cheerful, efficient, and made the whole experience even better.

If you’re in the mall or near the lounge, definitely stop by the Verve Coffee Bar, it’s easily the best spot for a quality drink and an even better experience.

The area is really comfortable and clean however the employees are very loud and complain a lot about the customers and their job. Everyone else is working very quietly and it’s really nice however the loud employees do make it distracting .

I've been to a few locations now, and I still love this one- their signature honey lavender is consistent, the staff is always friendly, and big thanks for the MLB promo! Super easy QR code system, no questions, nobody bothering you and always a friendly greeter there

It was a nice experience had good staff and a calm environment I personally enjoyed everything including the staff being incredibly effective and professional I will be coming back here again if I am ever in the mall

I have been the Capital One customer for many years. I went to the west LA location many years ago and loved it. However, I was disappointed today at the Valley location . The earl grey tea I ordered was the worst I ever had, no flavor at all. The setup is not very inviting for me either. I think I would prefer Starbucks although I like the Capital One banking services.The good thing is that you will get 50% if you use capital one or discover card. Also, the greeting lady at the door was friendly.

This review is bank-sided, as I am a Capital One Banking customer. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I don't care about the cafe. My husband has tried it and loved it so for that sake, 5/5.

Whatever you are paying your employee Gracie - it is NOT enough. I have never felt so cared about in a stressful time the way Gracie cared for us. She genuinely cared about us, and our situation and while most of the time the employees are putting a face and just acting like they care, Gracie ACTUALLY cared about us. She did absolutely EVERYTHING she could do in her power to help us get money out of an account that far exceeded the limits of what I could do, and Gracie is purely the reason that everything worked out and she made it clear that it was no problem, and that we weren't being hard or anything. 150 miles driving back and forth from various banks trying to figure out how to get a cashiers check out for move-in funds because this location does not do Cashier's Checks, and Gracie saved my day. She understood our problem, felt for us, and worked it out without any hesitation and with haste as I was on a really tight timeline.

Seriously, Gracie needs a bonus, or a raise, or a promotion. She deserves it.

And please add cashier's checks to this location. Capital One customers need a method of obtaining those without having to drive to Downtown LA.

Staff is rude. Walked away from the register to the break room before I even paid. She entered the wrong name even after spelling it out and wrote “brat”. Coffee was good though, they should hire better people. You can tell when someone hates their job lol

Stopped by here to grab a drink and ended up doing some work. The baristas we’re really nice and gave me suggestion for drinks I ended up getting the smores shakerato it was so so good! Def gonna be coming back here :)
