Place is chill and good deals. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich at 6 AM in the morning. Make sure to come a little later then 6 because it takes atleast 10-15 minutes before opening time for the workers to open doors inside for customers to enter inside. Overall the staff is very organized and friendly when you get to know them. Super fast and helpful and the staff was willing to let me stay inside for 2 hours to wait for some friends.

I ordered here at roughly 3:30 a.m. Tuesday. The clerk seemed agitated because I wanted to know how $11 went to $22 and wanted a receipt. Told me things have went up and never gave me a receipt. The customer at the speaker must've questioned what was taking so long and he tells them that I was giving him a hard time. Huh? Because I'm requesting a receipt?! As if I should not have questions why my order total was different than what I expected especially since I didn't receive waffle fries due to them being out. I asked was the burger spicy, he said no. Blatant lie.

Just stopped by to grab food, when i order, lady seems upset already, she said it you know its 12 dollars for that sandwich?... I replied yes i am not broke i have money. Then she is bossing workers in Spanish talking shit about USA and vanzuela.... Then she talked shit about people not resting home in rain and coming for food like cockroaches. They all laughed. Not knowing i understand Spanish. What a pleasant experience. Shame who employed those workers. Food quality was near to garbage, i tossed it.

Staff were rude and ignored inside customers. I had to yell to get their attention to get the bathroom code for my son who was going to pee himself. Meanwhile, there were 7 customers in line waiting to order. Went through the drive through for more propt service to order afterwords. The chicken sandwichs we ordered were dry, the bread was stale, and everything was thrown together haphazardly. This is the worst location in the West San Fernando Valley.

Be careful of coming here thinking you’re buying a deal, they will charge you full price for everything and think you won’t notice.. I noticed too late and the guy pretended like he didn’t know. Oscar worthy performance.

The guy would not give me a refund, he could only give me a shake since he charged me over $5 more. I even tried to work with him and said he could give me a gift card but he declined.

What an awful thing to do, I come here all the time and now I will NEVER be back! I hope people higher up find out about this terrible business practice of this Carl’s Jr.

November 17, 2025 at 8:50am. I usually drive here every morning before going to work to grab a cheap snack. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich for $1 or $5.49 to make it a combo. Today, the lady working the drive thru, was very rude. It’s nor Magda or Magna, because I saw her name tag when she handed the bag.

This lady is old and wearing glasses, very low comprehension skills and rude! This is not the first time that she wanted to overcharge me. Last time she did charge me more than $10 for a $5.49 deal. I am a regular customer here and it’s always with her that I have the most annoying experience. Most of the staff here are nice and would give you the deal, but this rude old lady, doesn’t want to give me her name, shut the window on me while I was talking to her and would always overcharge. What does she get out of it? Void? Cancel? Recall? She should be investigated. And mind you, I am coming back for you to let your manager know your antics! You shouldn’t be working there as you do not represent the companies values! Rude and uneducated!!!

I actually went to purchase a burger and the lady in the far back told me that the restroom was not working after I had asked for the code.. what kind of people are they.. they lack in service

Worst experience ever, would never return again. I asked for 8.99 deal and got charged 16$ “on accident” and instead of a refund for the difference, I was given a milkshake I didn’t even want. The bathroom was extremely dirty, and there was was no toilet paper, and when I asked the employee they give me 6 sheet of toilet paper to use that they grabbed from the back, how would anyone be able to use six sheet to use the restroom!! I asked for no onions on my burger and of course it came with onion. I asked the employee for ketchup and ranch, she loaded the grill with raw meet and used the same gloves to give me the ketchup and ranch! I couldn’t even finish my meal with how upset I was, I ended up throwing most of it away. I might as well have thrown it on the floor given how dirty the lobby was. Terrible experience
