It had been years since I had visited a Carls Jr, and when I went to this one it was with a mix of hunger and nostalgia. The chicken sandwiches were almost cold, dry, and pretty terrible. The bathroom was a wreck- absolutely disgusting. I should have known that was how they treated the rest of their restaurant. I had stomach issues the rest of the day after eating there.

I waited 15 minutes for 1 burger. I asked the guy for ranch he said its extra. I told him I just waited 15 minutes you cant give me 1 sauce? He said no that is horrible customer service. There is 2 employees running the whole place. Hire more staff don't be stingy this negative review is worse than giving 1 sauce. Its not the money it's the principal do better management hire more people train better

Interesting thing about several local Carl's is I have seen several times that they don't have something. This visit and visits to a few other locations is soda machines out of one or more flavors. This time it was out of several including Coke and Cherry Coke. Other locations often stop serving some items in the evening even though they are Open Late.
Food was okay. I did not appreciate the obvious preferential treatment shown to other families. We dined in just as the others who were given prompt table service. We were not. My order was also wrong and they took their precious time replacing it. Feels very discriminative to me with special treatment only if you are of one specific ethnicity. Bad business. Very disappointing!

No toilet seat, door doesn't shut to stall door doesn't lock to bathroom. But you will charge $17+ for a double western bacon combo. Poor quality and customer experience. Can't use the restroom. So I decided to not eat here, they have a nice restroom just for the staff. 👎
