I always go to any Carl's Jr. anywhere, and only in this fast food, they turn off the soda machines in front of the counter, all liquids to drinks even ice you need to ask, them not like other branches they were open to customers. I don't like somebody to refill my cup. I like i am the one to refill bec I know it's clean. If they were worried about homeless.... more homeless at dtla, not here in the valley. That's why all fast foods at dtla have a security guard always for customer security etc etc. The place was not busy like other fast foods of Carl's jr.

The food portion is getting smaller while the prices keep rising. I used to like Carl's jr. I didn't mind spending money it used to be worth it. The bacon taste awful. The meat is dry and flavorless. They don't put enough sauce. They ran out of American cheese but they have Swiss. Not as good as American cheese but hey at least they have chees

The night cashier has shitty attitude complaining she's the only worker bad customer service and slamming windows in drive-thru. I will come back here with this service you need to have someone else besides her working here

My friend and I mistakenly visited the wrong Carl's Jr. While we weren't angry, we were quite upset by the behavior of one of the employees. She showed attitude and walked away during our interactions. She displayed kindness towards others yet to us, she didn’t.. I can understand that jobs are extremely stressful however it’s uncalled for to project the frustration onto us. We realized our simple mistake however she could’ve been nicer.. We weren’t being mean either and despite getting irritated, we still didn’t showcase any rudeness.
