This is NOT about the service. The lady that served me today seemed very nice.

However, if i have to hear one more time “the only condiments we have are ketchup” i am gonna lose it. How in the world do you NOT have ranch and bbq stocked? Thats insane. Literally, your most popular sauces.
Whoever the owner is, please figure out your logistics. This has happened MULTIPLE times already and I just aint gonna go this location. For reference, the chatsworth / zelzah Carls ALWAYS has sauces, especially the most popular ones stocked at all times.

Lady at counter was extremely rude. Hire people that can do thier job effectively. They messed up on my drink and then caught a big attitude with me.

Very bad first experience. I placed a mobile order and was given a pickup time and confirmation that my payment went through. When I arrived to pick it up, the night-shift worker (Old man, with kind of of Hispanic voice tone, And if I’m not wrong, he had gray hair or a bit of some gray hair) was very disrespectful. I calmly explained that I had placed a mobile order, but he told me I couldn’t get it because it didn’t show on his computer. I asked him politely to please check again since the money had already been taken from my account.

Instead of listening, he kept talking over me and raising his voice at both me and my mom. I asked him to stop raising his voice because I could hear him clearly, but he still wouldn’t let me explain. After standing there and waiting patiently, he finally decided to check—and my order was on his screen the whole time.

All of this could have been avoided if he had simply checked instead of being rude and disrespectful. I understand that sometimes orders take longer, and I would have been fine if he had calmly asked me to wait or park while he checked. There was absolutely no reason for him to raise his voice or treat us that way.( I was showing him my screen all this time of proof of my order)

I understand that people have bad days, but that’s no excuse to take it out on customers who are just trying to pick up their food and go home. This experience completely ruined my meal, and I will not be returning to this location because of how poorly we were treated.

Good food when it’s hot, but expect to wait 15 mins to pick up your order. Very understaffed. Cold burgers are so delicious!! Might as well eat a frozen thaw burger. Not a one off occurrence either. Purchased the Cali XL burger and it looks damn sad! Barely any secret sauce. Stick to the famous Star. Someone please buy my gift card! I’m done!

Drove through the drive through...and then drove home immediately. Rude kid at the enter comm. Then I looked at the menu. I almost threw up. $10.59 for what? Sickening. Even the photos were awful. Glad I saved myself a possible case of salmonella poisoning.

We hadn't been to Carl's Jr. In 10 years. Food was too salty. The new Queso Cruch burger was disappointing, it had hardly no crush nor queso. The Hand-Breaded Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich had the tiniest piece of chicken I've ever seen. It was gross, couldn't eat it. Won't be going back there.

The food is good but if you talking about the staff their service is so poor for the customer I go and wait for 10 minutes nobody take my order I am going almost 3 yrs here before the staff is so good but not anymore the cashier Maria is behavior is so arrogant towards customers. I think owner have to see all those things take some action.
