As a woman born and raised in Georgia and has grown up eating Chick-fil-A since I was literally in pre-K. I know the standard of Customer service to expect at Chick-fil-A. This location and other locations around LA definitely could use some training in the Culture of Chick-fil-A this is not McDonald’s. Customer service is supposed to be top-tier here, but I’ve noticed some of the people that work at Chick Chick-fil-A’s around LA are not the friendliest or courteous and they don’t even say my pleasure. If you don’t like your job Apolonia then leave.

This location has to b the worst managed in existence. They constantly run out of ingredients. I’ve been there on a day where they ran out of cheddar cheese!!! This morning even tho I was in line at 1020 they refused to serve me breakfast!!!! Victor is the WORST manager in the chic fil universe!!!!

Maybe I'm just used to double drive thru but this drive thru took a long time. Tough with hungry toddler. They don't repeat your order which was a first . Maybe it was just a bad day .

My wife got us dinner from here on her way home. She said when she used the drive thru to order since only had two cars were there. She got the spicy deluxe club sandwich and French fries. It didn't take them long to make the order and we ate it once she got home.
The fries were delicious and the spicy deluxe chicken club was good.
Food was delicious, the staff were amazing and full of smiles. Thank you everyone!!!

Ordered a 30-piece nugget and some of the nuggets had a weird taste to them like some type of meat you would expect to eat at a cheap Chinese restaurant.
Food was great but not very reliable. I ordered 24 sandwiches for a birthday party and only received 12 but I was still charged for the full amount. There was nothing I could do since it was late but I after called to get a refund. I got a refund then was called about some goodies I would receive but never did. Again food is great but not very reliable

Extremely disappointed with the staff but mostly management at this Canoga park location. I am a very regular customer and I am really surprised at this interaction. Manager Carina /Karina was very rude and did not help work out a mistake caused by chic fil a. Placed a pick up order for a single chicken sandwich and was told it could not be prepared for another 2 hours. After I had already made the trip and arrived at the store front. So strange that the chicken sandwich place doesn’t sell you a chicken sandwich? Actually, correction, they did sell it to me and took my money but refused to give me the item. Ridiculous.
