They will say 10 minutes, it will be about 30. They will continue to say 3 more minutes, it will be another 10 minutes. Sorry, this isn't all a great impression.

My family and I were driving through the area looking for some food to eat that wouldn’t take too long or be a whole outing. We drove past this place, saw the sign for empanadas and decided to stop and try it. Oh my gosh, best decision we’ve made in awhile. This was all of our first times trying Chilean food and wow it did not disappoint. We started off with the Palta Raina, a whole avocado cut in half and filled with Chicken salad on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes and a boiled egg, which was divine! My brother got the 2 beef empanadas with fries and he was in heaven, we also tried a chicken empanada it was also so so delicious. My mom decided to go with one of their Peruvian dishes, Lomo Saltado, which is steak red onions tomatoes and peppers over fries with a side of rice - honestly by the time it came out, we were so full cause we all wanted to share and try each other’s plates, but we forced ourselves to eat as much as we could cause how could we not, it was worth it. The meat melts in your mouth, cooked to perfection, fries amazing, rice delicious. Lastly, I tried the churrasco with fries, a steak sandwich with an avocado spread, tomatoes, and a strip of mayo. Normally it comes on a different type of bread, so they put it on their hotdog bread instead, and honestly I loved it, the bread was so good, and just like the Lomo Saltado, the meat was just perfect and delicious, the avocado was spectacular. Oh and the Maracuya Nectar juice was absolutely divine!! We’re from Hawai’i, and we love our Lilikoi/passion fruit, and omg highly recommended to try it! Our overall experience for a lowkey quick dinner here was just perfect all around. We were all saying how grateful we were to have found this spot and enjoy a delicious family meal together. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to come back!!

Loved the service and the food!!! I had the “cazuela” a Chilean beef soup, it was delicious! Plus we tried the Chilean bread, cheese and beef empanadas plus for dessert, we had, “pastel de mil ohas”, a Chilean pastry. If you want to try the best Chilean empanadas and cuisine, Chilenazo is the place to go. Only downside is that it’s too small. I would love to take all my family there but we wouldn’t fit. Haha.

A cozy and lowkey spot perfect for a mellow outing or a tranquil date. Today was our second time in and we ordered bistec a lo pobre and the pescado frito. Both were delicious! In addition to the amazing food there’s also a great selection of home made pastries for dessert or to take home. Servers were attentive and accommodating. Will be coming back! If you are thinking about it; do yourself a favor and check this place out! :)

Legit Chilean restaurant! Live music on Saturday nights. Empanadas and their baked goods are amazing. It’s in a strip mall and the space isn’t very big but they make up for it in their food. Also, the owner is a real cool guy.

Excellent place to try Chilean food! Everyone was very nice and kind, even when I went for September 18th, they we’re running around but they kept their kindness. The food is amazing! I’m obsessed with “Pan Amasado”

I placed a take-out order and unfortunately the sweets with thousand leaves, the little pieces with delicacy and the apple pie were all dry and expired. The thousand-leaf candies in the middle had a strange color like greenish-yellow. I had to throw everything away, I'm not going anymore and I don't recommend them.

I recently visited Chilenazo in Canoga Park, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! As a lover of authentic Chilean cuisine, I was excited to try their offerings, and they did not disappoint.
I started with their Empanadas de Pino, which were absolutely perfect—flaky on the outside and filled with a flavorful blend of ground beef, onions, hard-boiled eggs, and olives. The seasoning was spot-on, and the empanada had the perfect balance of savory and satisfying flavors.
Next, I indulged in their Completo Italiano, a classic Chilean hot dog that’s topped with avocado, tomato, and mayo. It was unlike any hot dog I’ve had before—fresh, delicious, and filling. The bread was soft, and the ingredients came together beautifully. A must-try for anyone who loves a unique twist on a familiar favorite.
But the real star of the meal was the Lomo a lo Pobre. The steak was juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection, paired with fried eggs and crispy fries, which soaked up the yolk for that extra richness. It’s a hearty, flavorful dish that really showcases Chilean comfort food at its best.
To top it all off, I had Chilenazo’s Tres Leches Cake for dessert, which was a sweet, creamy finish to the meal. Moist and delicious, it melted in my mouth with every bite.
The service was friendly and welcoming, making the whole dining experience even better

Chilean restaurants are difficult to find in Los Angeles, and the only one other than this that I have found was rather disappointing; however, Chilenazo was exquisite. My chilean husband was delighted with his food, and my humita con chilena was so tasty that I felt a true pang of sadness when I realized that only a few bites remained. The pastries are lovingly prepared; their Berline con manjar blew me away. Prices are solid and the small dining area is pleasant, too.
