As one who is gluten and sugar challenged, this company was a welcome find. Ordered one of their variety boxes and was pleased with everything, especially their breakfast quiche, something I've not been able to find gluten free anywhere else.

We have been buying from Chou Chou ever since they opened. We have tried and loved their chocolate ganache cake, mango coconut cake, double delux cake, biscotti, madelines, tarts . We love their ingredients . The only thing I feel is lacking is organic but i think we can live with that since sweets are so delicious with cleanest possible ingredients in the market

I ordered off FB as they looked professional. What I got was $106 worth of inedible food, due to poor packaging and to to top it off an incompetent UPS Driver who threw the package by the side of a gate in the dark, instead of driving down the driveway, or leaving the item where noted on UPS website's preferences at the shed. $106 - $30+ was UPS and what was the dirtiest trick was Chou Chou Patisserie absolved UPS of any liability.DO NOT PURCHASE unless you have $100+ to flush away

Well I decided to give this company another chance. Their customer service failed miserably again. My package was not delivered despite showing on tracking it was...their response...you deal with it. Never again. TERRIBLE
Made the trek to Chou Chou for their sugar free desserts. They say they are open, we get there and the whole place is fenced off. It's in a strange location. We went around the building too see if we could get in and we couldn't. Really annoys me when places say they are open and they are not. I just wasted my time trying too come here.

I can't speak to the quality of the food. The website indicates that product orders are fulfilled on Mondays and Tuesdays. Yesterday I received "your order is on its way with a tracking # and discovered that only a label had been created. When I called to inquire about the order, I was told they were backlogged and weren't sure when I would receive it. So much for customer service and customer care. You'll get it when you get it, lady.

Love this place. My wife and I always get something different and we're never disappointed. Nos usually a fan of gluten free or sugar free pastries but oh man they're amazing. Definitely urge people to try the fried Nutella croissant and apple turnover.

My experience with ChouChou was phenomenal! I got the pumpkin pie for a weekend kickback at home. My guest fell in love and on top of that it has non artificial sugar so it was guilt free too! Try it out it'll fix your sweet tooth

honestly hands down the best pastries i've ever had. i did not feel guilty indulging in the pumpkin tart (maybe even had two lol) because they are sugar and gluten free pastries! if you are thinking about ordering from here i say do it!! i recommend them to all my friends and family.
