As a long-time customer of this restaurant, I'm deeply disappointed by the recent experience I had. Despite being a loyal patron who has placed numerous orders over the phone for pickup, the customer service I received was nothing short of appalling. Upon arriving home, eager to enjoy my usual order of spicy fried rice, I was dismayed to find that I had been given the regular version instead. As someone who knows the menu inside out, I could immediately tell the difference.Politely, I called the restaurant to inform them, hoping for a quick resolution. However, instead of offering an apology or a solution, I was met with a dismissive attitude by a manager who goes by "d" .. He insisted that I drive all the way back, a journey of 30 minutes, just to exchange the rice. Considering the lateness of the hour, it was simply impractical for me to make the trip again that night. I gently proposed the reasonable solution of rectifying the error during a future visit, but the manager adamantly refused. After years of being a loyal customer and never once raising an issue, I was shocked and hurt to be treated so poorly. It's disheartening to realize that despite my years of patronage, my concerns were brushed aside without a second thought.

Recently discovered this little place. The food is amazing, everything has so much flavor. You get a good size servings for the price. It's never been busy when I stopped by, the service is great we were seated as soon as we walked in the door. We ordered our food and it was out pretty quick. Super chill spot! Definitely recommend.

I ordered almost $90 in food last night and woke up very early to food poisoning! The food tasted good but not worth the pain! My boyfriend had a different meal but tried my food and got sick but not as severe. The fried food was good but the shrimp, crawfish, or mussels were not good at all! I mainly eat seafood and have not had this experience in so long! I haven’t been to this location in a few years but I see why there aren’t many people at this restaurant. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. We should’ve went to Korean BBQ like we planned. I wondered why they said all of the food would be ready in 10 minutes. The food must be old or frozen which is a real shame and disgrace. Very weird since all of the reviews are good BUT the food I got last night looks nothing like the pictures people previously posted. It sucks wasting on a place like this!

Brought my mother here and this spot became one of our favorite dine ins. The seafood is delicious, juicy and well marinated with the right spices. The prices are reasonable. Simply finger licking. Get ready to get your moneys worth. Allison, our server was very welcoming and professional. Compliments to the chef.

STACY IS A THIEF I went in there yesterday afternoon/evening and left my white/grey LV wallet... 2hrs after leaving the place I called back spoke to a gentleman over the phone and he verified it indeed was there. I told him I would pick it up the following day being today 8/20/23 .I went in there, as I walked in STACY was at the front using her phone ... all I said was "hello, I was here yesterday... I'm coming to pick up my wallet" she responded with some shitty attitude "what wallet" immediately I said "a white/grey LV" she got up nervous and with attitude and went to where the drinks are and came back & said there's no wallet ... at this point I told her please check again I spoke to a gentleman yesterday and he knows I was coming in today to pick it up. She went to the kitchen came out and went to the bathroom as she pretended to be on the phone or maybe she was who knows, she took about 5mins in the bathroom to which point I head towards the back to see if she was looking for it, just before entering she got out and went to the kitchen through the backside ... I came up front and the attitude continued even more in front of customers, she once again asked what color and once again I verified it was a white/grey LV and told her what was in it (at this point I'm upset because she's checking and getting it from the first place she checked and said it wasn't there) I go up to her and tell her it's "white and grey LV, my ID is right up front I'm sure there's not 2 white and grey LV's" to which she responded "well, there might be" she then hands me my wallet she made a big deal about at which point I get it and see it had been open! I had $2 where the bills go and $200 where the coins go (2 $100 bills rolled up) which are now missing but the $2 are there along with some coins... MIND YOU, WHEN I ASKED WHY IS IT OPEN SHE SAID BECAUSE I HAD TO VERIFY YOUR ID BUT MY ID IS RIGHT UP FRONT, NO NEED TO OPEN ANYTHING! MY CARD WAS FLIPPED UPSIDE DOWN TOO. PLEASE IM SURE YA'LL GOT MY NUMBER, CALL ME & RETURN THE $200 AND OR GIVE ME A CHECK FOR THE AMOUNT. YOU CAN FIND THE PICS ON THE POST.

The hours say open until 9pm and I arrive today on Tuesday at 8pm exactly the guy tells me their kitchen is closed and I can't sit down to order, what kind of blasphemy is this. No signs anywhere say to be there before 8pm because the kitchen closes at 8pm. Ridiculous that I drove from the other side of the valley to be greeted like this. Definitely won't be back.

I took my family here yesterday and when I tell you this place was so nasty and cheat you out of your food and money!! My sister order catfish we were expecting a full piece of catfish NOOOO THEY CUT ONE FILLET INTO TWO PIECES! Wings were nasty barely any seasoning and buffalo sauce. I ordered 3 lbs of snow crab 2 lbs of shrimp 3 kids meals chicken nuggets 3 lobster tails and a full order of buffalo wings 8 corns 12 potatoes that which they cut in half once again cheap all that came out to $391.82 the cajun sauce was gross never tasted nothing like it! Then the waitress kept staring at us even came and counted my family members after she handed us the bill as if we were going to dine and dash why because we are black? Im upset at their customer service and the food being nasty and cheating us out of food! Another thing is make sure you ask prices one the menu it says” market price” thats how they get you. Wont be returning wont recommend but i will tell everyone I know it was nasty.

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time today. The two ladies working, Maddison and Noelia, were super friendly and fantastic. They took really good care of us. Noelia even demonstrated how to best get the meat out of the snow crab legs for us. We got the house sauce in medium spicy, and everything tasted DELICIOUS!!
