Stay away from this place until they retrain their workers or close the business down!! I’m tired of always being politely and nice to service workers for them to turn around and be rude and condescending! That type of behavior is why no one really support paying them more than 20 dollars!! Del taco should send their workers to train at the Wendy’s on Ventura blvd!! Smh!!!

Ordered my food through the app at 9:44pm it wasn’t ready until 10:12pm. Chicken burritos were cold and fries were soggy and cold. Owner and management needs to do better with staffing. Not the employees fault. Shout out to the young lady with the face tattoo who was doing her best with preparing the food. Younger gentleman who was the cashier seemed clueless and had no sense of urgency.

If I could rate the service with no stars I would. The girl at the drive thru, Brittany was absolutely rude to me from the very beginning. She really needs to go back to training and how to treat customers. Thanks to her and her rude behavior I diffently won't go back. First impression are very important. She needs to be removed from such a position and go back to clean floors or something to teach her a little humility.

The food. The restaurant. The atmosphere are great! But, they do have some piss-poor bad attitude workers who don't know how to treat a customer. Specially, at night time...there is a young skinny White girl, who has disrespected me more than once and is very condescending. Kinda makes me not go back there again but since it is the closest Del Taco to my home, I have no other choice.
We literally threw out the food after one bite and spat it all up. It was absolutely disgusting. The shrimp was old and it smelled terrible. There was nothing jumbo about it. The fish tacos were even worse! What a waste of money.
Called the store immediately after and she immediately said you already returned the fish tacos? She confused me with a different customer… but obviously I wasn’t the only one.
Absolutely terrible food.

Cashier's at Del tacos in general are slowly improving in their friendliness and courtesy. This is nice to see and they should be commended as well as the managers provided it continues.

The new manger was so rude and unprofessional, we definitely miss the old manager. The lady was completely classy. The service was a stiff employee was the employees were so uncomfortable working with a new manager and he was like it demanding I asked for explanation on my order because I was charged over and he says it is what it is is taco Tuesday can I recognize he order an extra chicken taco on my order which I didn’t even ask for it, but I couldn’t find him because he was arguing with me. It is what it is. Take it or leave it the worst service. We will not go there anymore. That’s the end Journey . They need to get a new manager ASAP .
