Fantastic Catering Experience with Desi Dish Dash!
I recently had Desi Dish Dash cater my party, and I couldn’t be more pleased! From the moment they arrived, the staff was super friendly and professional, making sure everything went smoothly. The *live aloo tikki* station was the highlight of the event – it was such a hit with everyone! The tikki was crispy on the outside, perfectly spiced, and the toppings were amazing.
Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the presentation was on point, and the staff ensured that guests were well taken care of throughout the event. The whole experience was seamless, and everyone left with a full stomach and big smiles. I highly recommend Desi Dish Dash for any event – they know how to deliver an unforgettable food experience!

This is our second time ordering from Desi Dish Dash, which is a ghost kitchen that can get quite busy, especially on Friday night and the weekend. It’s in a white commercial building with limited parking. Best way to order is online, especially if busy. There’s no seating so it’s a to-go place.
I love Indian food and have been to many in the OC. I’ve been looking for in the Chatsworth area and came across Desi Dish Dash.
We ordered: Veg Samosas (2 pcs) $4.95 Crispy outside. Very good and a must try! Add a bit of the Tikka Masala sauce on it - so good!
Chicken Biryani $16.95 It was okay. On its own, it could have been more flavorful.
Chicken Tikka Masala $16.95 You can pick spice level. Medium spice was just right. I love the bold flavor. Rich, creamy, tomato based and a little thick. Chicken was tender. The sauce is savory, tangy with slightly sweet notes. One of my favorite items!
Tandoori Paneer $16.95 The aroma is amazing. Came with red bell peppers and onions. I didn’t get so much of the smoky or char flavor. It had a firm texture, similar to firm tofu, but not slightly crumbly. It could be due to the size of paneer, which is more of a rectangle shape rather than cube shaped.
Garlic Naan $3.50 Came with 2 pieces. They are soft, fluffy, and slightly chewy. Mild garlic flavor.
Overall, they serve a diverse authentic menu, with vegetarian options. Prices are similar to Indian sit down restaurants but may be a bit more expensive from a ghost kitchen. Most of the food I have tried from our 2 visits were delicious! Indian homestyle comfort food in the San Fernando Valley. It’s definitely worth a try!

I do recommend to call/online order first, ordering in person will take 15-20 min to complete.
One of the best Indian Foods I've had. Very tasty with the right amount of spices. Have been back several times already. Will usually order something once a week. Will continue to keep coming back.

The food was okay for a $31 meal. I ordered butter chicken ($16.95) and plain rice ($5.00) , waited 30 minutes for the food, did not receive utensils or napkins and I was charged $31.70??? I even mentioned to the woman that the pricing didn't make sense for what I got. For the smallest amount of food....ill not be returning and i do not recommend.
I appreciate the response however, I will not be in the area anytime soon. I paid through Zelle, please refund me for the extra item via zelle.

We discovered Desi Dish Dash when we attended a get together at a friend's house. We were so impressed with their biryani that we decided to have them cater my husband’s birthday. We met with them to plan out the menu and were so surprised with their warm and welcoming nature. Special shoutout to Preeti for this! She really took the time to understand our preferences, even gave us trials, and everything turned out so amazingly well that all our guests requested take home bags of food! We’ve also ordered from them outside of catering and the food is always delicious – special shoutout to their palak paneer, seekh kebab, chicken biryani, and dhaba chicken curry. Truly feels like food made with love. Highly recommend!
