Subpar dumplings. Tasted like the were reheated from frozen.
Had the vegan dumplings today. They tasted over cooked and a bit like they were frozen but then defrosted. Nothing felt fresh. If you want to eat at the mall I would choose something else , don’t waste your money here.
These dumplings are stale. Like not in a gummy chewy way they’re hard and bland. The shrimp inside is flavorless. I wanted to get a refund since the service was so slow but the guy upfront needed a manager to provide a simple refund. No manager in sight and my order was ready by that time. What the heck man super overpriced for what you get I was hungry so I forced myself to eat since I paid for already. Really poor service as well man dang I wanted to like this place.

GONE! CLOSED! Different dumpling place now called: Dumpling House. Looks lame. Run of the mill dumplings vs the crazy good Monster ones. Not worth the trip nor inflated mall prices:/
My wife, who is Cantonese, gives Dumpling Monster a big thumbs up. Dumpling Monster offers dumplings in two basic styles, steamed and fried. The filling choices are pork, chicken, shrimp and vegetable. While she says they are machine wrapped, they taste excellent. The fillings are fresh, the tastes are not overpowering, and there isn't too much salt or oil. Many folks have complained about the taste, but you need to use the sauces provided...that is traditionally what they are for. As for the prices, they are moderate. Quite a bit of labor goes into making the fillings actually. Orders are placed by touchscreen, which personally I think hurts customer perceptions of service for any business that uses them...they make service seem impersonal.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetable filled dumplings here.
Kid-friendliness: Kids like dumplings! Easy to handle and eat.

I ordered pork fried dumplings and shrimp boiled dumplings. They both tasted like they came from a Costco frozen bag of dumplings. It was also very overpriced... $12 for 6 dumplings that taste like they came from a frozen bag. As a Chinese person I would not recommend it to anyone. Two stars because the food came fast.

My honest review, do not waste your money in this place, better buy dumplings in cosco and fried them, they are so small I don’t know what they called monster if they are the smallest.

Way overpriced for dumplings that taste like they came right out of the microwave. Steamed dumplings had dry/tough spots. Absolutely no flavor. It took 58 minutes to receive an order of dumplings. Went to the counter and poor customer service. Guy just stated “ yeah we are backed up”. I wish I would have gotten my money back.

Sub standard dumplings with tough parts. Very disappointing. Sauce was ok and improved the bland dumplings. Bummer!!

Ordered dumplings. Taste was ok. Way overpriced for what you get. Not very filling and didn’t tastes too fresh. Skin is tough for a “steamed” dumpling. I should have read the reviews for this location :-/

The food is ridiculously overpriced, and the displays are misleading. The pictures that are shown on the order kiosk are steamed dumplings; they look like bao or soup dumplings or something along those lines. Instead, I received gyoza/potsticker like dumplings that had clearly been reheated and were no better than anything you can by frozen at the store. I ended up spending $14 on something I could have easily made better at home for a fraction of the price. Do not eat here. The service was good though, no hate to the employees who have to serve this food.
