Bee, was wonderful. She really knew the details. She had the chef make the thai food just right. Definitely fresh made to order. Tradional padthai was as good as it gets. Wife and I had the Lunch Special on a Friday 12. Nice parking. Quiet. Just a easy place to go. I recommend and I know. Grade 6 google reviewer! My company is bagpipeplayers.com
Interesting that we came here 12 years ago with the kids. There are other thai places. But not a value. So this is a great place.

This place gets loud, especially when some of the locals show up with a few bottles of wine.
However, this is the best food hands down you'll find at any restaurant of any kind anywhere. The quality is the best. They grind their own spices. We literally close our eyes and pick from the menu blind, and everything we've had has been amazing.

Came here to celebrate with my family. This location is calm and peaceful. Highly recommend the yellow chicken curry and cashew nut chicken. Absolute fire dishes. So good.

Wanting to be able to converse and sit by the pool on a very hot LA day, my friend and I decided to pick up Thai food from Ginger Thai Cuisine. I was particularly delighted that they had Mee Krob, a sweet and sour crispy noodle, I haven't found at Thai restaurants lately. It was seasoned just right. The flavors of a curry dish were subtle and delicious. I was happy to have mango sticky rice for dessert. I can't wait to go back!

Overall Food taste is good.
Just the pad Thai tasted different than other places, not good.
Crab fried rice is great.
The duck roll is good too.
Service is good, people are very friendly.
Place is neat and good.
The quantity of food is questionable. Maybe it’s shrinkflation ?

April 2024:This used to be a five-star for me. I had to lower my rating because I think the ownership changed hands, and the quality just went downhill quick. The sticky rice that came with the mango is now just a big ball of mush. There's no chew anymore, no more texture. The fried rice went downhill as well. It's mushy now, doesn't have any texture to it or separation. I feel like it's also way overcooked. When I took those photos earlier this year, I think they were at their Peak. But ever since then, I just cannot go back to this place again. The only reason why I still gave this place three stars, and probably the only reason why I would ever come into Ginger Thai now is because their Thai iced tea is still one of the best around. So maybe just for a quick stop, take out order of one Thai iced tea to go? Is it worth it?Take it or leave it, you'll have to experience it for yourself. But honestly, I found a new Thai spot closeby that's 10 times better than what this place was even at its peak.

Oh YES, I will be back. :)Finally! A place that does NOT put a ton of sugar in their Pad Thai. Wooooooo!Food:1. Pad Thai with Chicken. I felt like I got my money's worth. By volume and weight, there's a lot of food they pack into one little to go container. Plenty of chicken, and lots of chewy noodles. What I love about their Pad Thai is that they do not put a lot of sugar in it. You can really taste the difference between this place and other places.2. BBQ Chicken. This dish steals the show! It's really a half of a chicken, seasoned very well, and then barbecued almost to a smokey flavor. It's delicious! The sauce they give you on the side is kind of like a sweet scallion kind of a thing. I think it's fish sauce maybe mixed with something else. Or some kind of rice wine vinegar mixed with sugar. It's delicious either way, and goes well with the chicken to dip into.3. Thai iced tea. On point! Very smooth flavor. You can actually taste that it is real tea, probably brewed fresh everyday is my guess. I mean you can really tell this is good tea they use. Also, it's not too sweet. The cream is so smooth. Very refreshing.I had heard about this place from someone in the movie biz, so I decided to give it a try. I'm absolutely pleased. You definitely do get your money's worth, and I feel like there is value here. The qualityof ingredients is great.Service: So I got mine to go, and the guy operating the place was nice enough to bring it out to my car after I had paid inside. What a classy place. :)Atmosphere: you know what this place reminds me of? Kind of like that atomic late 50s meets early 1960s Swanky Martini bar... without the bar. The lamps on the sides of the walls are a nice orange yellow color, and the walls are painted gray.I think this is a great place to come to during the week for lunch, or dinner. I also think that this is a good date spot since it's kind of out of the way, easy to find parking, and the food is great!Quite honestly, and short, this has become my new favorite Thai place. I will be back.

The food at this place is truly exceptional. The owners have a genuine concern for their patrons' dining experience. During our visit, my family and I were treated to an unforgettable time by the staff at Ginger Thai. Their consistent attentiveness and thoughtfulness were remarkable, including a delightful surprise of coconut ice cream for dessert. I'm appreciative of the fantastic cuisine, particularly the yellow and jade curries, but above all, the warmth and kindness that accompanied our meal.
The crispy lemon grass wing are the best wings you'll ever have! The jade curry is amazing, and the spicy basil leaves are awesome! Our favorite place in the West Valley!

My husband and I have been coming here nearly every week for the past few months because the food is absolutely delicious. The service is excellent and they are extremely accommodating for food allergies. We always get gluten free and I always feel fine after our meals. Truly, Ginger is the best Thai restaurant around for many miles for a lot of reasons.
