Oh YES, I will be back. :)Finally! A place that does NOT put a ton of sugar in their Pad Thai. Wooooooo!Food:1. Pad Thai with Chicken. I felt like I got my money's worth. By volume and weight, there's a lot of food they pack into one little to go container. Plenty of chicken, and lots of chewy noodles. What I love about their Pad Thai is that they do not put a lot of sugar in it. You can really taste the difference between this place and other places.2. BBQ Chicken. This dish steals the show! It's really a half of a chicken, seasoned very well, and then barbecued almost to a smokey flavor. It's delicious! The sauce they give you on the side is kind of like a sweet scallion kind of a thing. I think it's fish sauce maybe mixed with something else. Or some kind of rice wine vinegar mixed with sugar. It's delicious either way, and goes well with the chicken to dip into.3. Thai iced tea. On point! Very smooth flavor. You can actually taste that it is real tea, probably brewed fresh everyday is my guess. I mean you can really tell this is good tea they use. Also, it's not too sweet. The cream is so smooth. Very refreshing.I had heard about this place from someone in the movie biz, so I decided to give it a try. I'm absolutely pleased. You definitely do get your money's worth, and I feel like there is value here. The qualityof ingredients is great.Service: So I got mine to go, and the guy operating the place was nice enough to bring it out to my car after I had paid inside. What a classy place. :)Atmosphere: you know what this place reminds me of? Kind of like that atomic late 50s meets early 1960s Swanky Martini bar... without the bar. The lamps on the sides of the walls are a nice orange yellow color, and the walls are painted gray.I think this is a great place to come to during the week for lunch, or dinner. I also think that this is a good date spot since it's kind of out of the way, easy to find parking, and the food is great!Quite honestly, and short, this has become my new favorite Thai place. I will be back.

Great food and take out service. Red and green curry were spot on. The portions seemed small but maybe I just really like

I really love this place and the woman who owns it is extremely nice and welcoming. It almost feels like you're sitting down to eat at her house. I hadn't been there in a while but went with our go-to: dumplings, fried rice, pad Thai and that wonderful pork chop (must try).

The food at this place is truly exceptional. The owners have a genuine concern for their patrons' dining experience. During our visit, my family and I were treated to an unforgettable time by the staff at Ginger Thai. Their consistent attentiveness and thoughtfulness were remarkable, including a delightful surprise of coconut ice cream for dessert. I'm appreciative of the fantastic cuisine, particularly the yellow and jade curries, but above all, the warmth and kindness that accompanied our meal.

The crispy lemon grass wing are the best wings you'll ever have! The jade curry is amazing, and the spicy basil leaves are awesome! Our favorite place in the West Valley!

I really enjoyed this place; not the biggest spot, but it's comfortable and clean-looking, and the staff was always very friendly and attentive. The food was consistently delicious and satisfying. The mee krob and yellow curry particularly were quite good.

Long overdue review. I have been supporting them since they opened many years ago. Small business family run. Food is fantastic bring your own bottle of wine And enjoy.

My husband and I have been coming here nearly every week for the past few months because the food is absolutely delicious. The service is excellent and they are extremely accommodating for food allergies. We always get gluten free and I always feel fine after our meals. Truly, Ginger is the best Thai restaurant around for many miles for a lot of reasons.

Meet up some friends for dinner during the weekend on their recommendation. We've never been but going on their choice as they're been and had plenty of takeout. It's in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking. The restaurant alone isn't that big so if it's just, you could wait for a table. Staff was all very friendly. That night we had dinner, believe there was maybe 2 employees working the floor. They were very friendly making sure to chat with everyone. Seems like it was also a regular place for a lot of the guest. Menu did have a lot of some good dishes.Started off with some of the fresh spring roll. Honestly they were really small for what it was and for 2 piece an order, it was a miss. The papaya salad and mango salad was great. We also had the panang curry, Singapore noodles, rad na, sautéed green beans and stir fried seafood. Food was good, portion wise on the smaller side. Your allowed to bring your own alcohol in which is nice. Overall, food was good. Service was great, some dishes were ok compared to other. Great friendly staff.

No Thai food here. Do not know what country they represent. I have visited Thailand extensively. I have not been able to pin down the region. Totally bland, tasteless

We have been coming here regularly for over 12 years. Same excellent food, same excellent service. Always a new menu item discovery. We typically come for yellow curry, Aloha rice, and, of course, pad Thai. Recently tried the salmon dinner and it was awesome. Great appetizers and desserts too. Just the best.

The food was good, just the price vs portion, completely the opposite. Overprice.

I don’t leave restaurant reviews ever; in fact, this is my first one. The reason I am right now is because not only is the food absolutely wonderful, but because the owners truly care about the people who eat there. My family and I came to surprise my dad on his birthday, and the people at Ginger Thai made the experience memorable. My sister and I came from out of town and the owner helped us hide so we could surprise him. They continually checked in on us and even came with a surprise coconut ice cream for dessert, recording the moment for us. I’m grateful for the excellent meal, especially the yellow and jade curries, but most importantly, the kindness.
