If you love sushi, GO HERE. If you like fancy rooms and big windows? Maybe not. Go’s Mart is a hole-in-the-wall masterpiece. The place is unpretentious orange walls, simple bar seating but Chef Go shows off with whiteboard daily catches, rare fish, and “did you just say gold leaf?” moments. It’s not casual eating. It’s an experience. The price tag made me pause, but each bite justifies it. Friendly service, no fluff, just sushi done really well.
One of the most incredible and decadent sushi experiences I've had. Omakase is the way to go. Each fish was so uniquely flavored. I didn't want to stop eating it. Ty Go : )
When we first walked in I was a bit suspicious but it was the best sushi I had ever had. As a picky eater, I went all in and tried everything. All the different flavors were elite. Even the wasabi was an explosion of freshness! I can’t wait to come back! The chef was funny and friendly. 10/10 support this hidden gem!
