Came here on 8/27/25 and drove away with iced coffee which I've been having for years. I noticed it tasted funny when I first sipped but I thought it was just made a little bitter, and because I hadn't had it in a while. I continued to sip on it for 10 minutes, until I realize that it was chemicals that I was tasting. I immediately turned my car around and went back and informed the manager about the coffee. The manager did not care and just gave me a refund. I told him to try the coffee so he can see what I'm talking about, especially because other people will get sick. I don't think he did, and I wouldn't be surprised if other patrons today experienced the same thing if they ordered the coffee.
No exaggeration when I say the iced coffee tasted like a mix of cleaner and iced coffee, as if somebody forgot to thoroughly wash out any cleaner in whatever was used to make the coffee. My throat was burning for 3 hours after my last sip, and only because I had Gatorade did it flush out the burn. I drank about 15% of the coffee and I still experienced this. I sent a message to corporate but have also reported this location and incident to the Los Angeles Department of Health.
I have been going to Jack in The Box for 3 decades, and have gotten their iced coffee frequently. Never again will I patronize JIB when they don't care about food safety.

The workers are NEVER FRIENDLY. When you walk in there's a latino man with black curly hair who works there. He's the MAIN reason one never feels welcome when ordering food. He keeps the atmosphere so uncomfortable due to always talking badly about the customers in Spanish think no one would understand. And if one truly pays well attention when they make the food. They do what they want to the food for many customers they talk about. All those they think wont know the language. Honestly the food at the location not the best. Service sucks so damn bad everytime at any time of the day and night. There's no good hospitality. The atmosphere makes you not want to come back manly because of this man.
The place is clean. The only problem there's several homeless people in the parking area when I go in the early mornings. Not recommended.

I’ve been here a whole year. Until now for about 2 weeks there’s someone new and been giving such serious face lately. It’s a good place and all but just giving a customer that face then messing up such a simple order or condiments is killing the business slowly. I asked regular mozzarella and I get the spicy one. . She even asked me which sauces and I said 3 bbq. Then I end up with 3 ranches . Didn’t get time to look as I had to get to work. Other than that it’s still good quality food

The only good thing is that it was cheaper than McDonald's
Good food, quick. I'm hooked on those tacos, and this one makes them as good as any of them. Crispy, tasty, mmmmm.

7:30 Saturday night, place is dirty, no customers in the dining area, no reason for the floor and tables not to be cleaned, only 2 drink favors available from the machine, regular coke and sparkling water, employees look as if they are in purgatory. So sad, great place to lose weight 2 minutes here and you're not hungry anymore.😒

They should let people on foot go through the drive through at night. Not everyone is as fortunate as others who have a car.
