Wish I checked reviews before coming here because I had the same horrific experience as everyone else. Undercooked chicken. Insane wait times and every rude staff. Avoid at all costs

I was ignored by two employees who were hiding behind the kitchen, on their phones. Then ignored by their HQ account on Instagram, which is the only way to contact them. It's a shame that this place is run so terribly.

It’s been over 20 mins for two chicken tenders and fries. There are only two other parties that ordered food and the worker said they’re in a “rush” right now.

Do not come here unless you want to wait forever for food that shouldn’t take more than a few minutes.

I got the “Hot” tenders, which I couldn’t detect any spice on. Literally tasted like plain fried chicken. Which was ok chicken, just not what I went there for. I wanted spice and left sorely disappointed. Also my friend got the smoked ketchup and it felt kind of frozen, it was deeply unpleasant.

Can't really give the food an honest rating but im going based off of how I received it which was a bit cold since I ordered to go and had a bit of a drive till I could eat it. I'm sure if I ate it there and enjoyed it fresh it would have been a different experience but even tho it was cold I still enjoyed it and it was still satisfying. 👍

The pictures on the menu make this place look great until I got my food. I ordered the hot level (level 3) and the chicken looked like there was no seasoning, like it came out of a foster farms box. Overall the chicken had a bad flavor and the breading tastes like it was frozen before frying. This should not be labeled as Nashville hot chicken. STAY AWAY!!

PLEASE JUST EAT AT THE SLAB!!! Jay bird had me there for 40 minutes. I Asked the young woman if my food was at least being worked on, she said yes 5-6 minutes. That time goes by and when I ask for the food. It was never even being worked on 😂😂😂 terrible service for such mediocre food. Slab is why better

Refunded overpriced food after it came 20 minutes late, cold & without cutlery or (paid for) drink. Cashiers were deliberately sarcastic to my family, stood at the front chatting while overdue orders piled up & could hear them badmouthing other customers. Save your money

I am no connoisseur of hot chicken, but I think I get the comments about the chicken not really having much flavor. I ordered the sandwich, and it had some heat, but if it weren't for the sauce it would have been a boring affair. The brioche bun was alright as were the pickles. The coleslaw was kind of tasteless. On the positive side, the crinkle cut fries were pretty good. Price wise, it's moderate...and to be expected considering the location in the mall. There isn't really any service here so to speak, you are ordering from a touchscreen. I honestly think this touchscreen business is not only impersonal, I think it hurts all of the businesses that use it.

Food is NOT good, no seasoning, the fries are stale. Some of them were still frozen. The $5.00 Mac cheese is the tiniest porton. No drink variety. Absolutely NOT worth the $50.00 for two sandwiches fries and a tiny side.

Didn't hit the mark for me. I consider myself a Nashville Hot Chicken connoisseur. These places are a dime a dozen out here but I have to say that this is the least flavorful of them all. Definitely not terrible but just plain. I took off a star for the skimpy size and another for the high price.

Got 2 individual tenders, which were fresh and crispy. Strangely, the 2 Oz sauce cups are barely half full. The $4 side of coleslaw (about the same as a tender) is also barely more than half full, for one of the least expensive side dishes to make. Odd choices, felt like they're trying to make money by being stingy with sauce and cabbage.
