If I could give zero stars, that would be too many!!! 11/17/24 Rudest Hostess to have ever worked in the service industry!!! The behavior we were given is unacceptable, we also witnessed this hostess being rude and disrespectful to multiple patrons and potential diners!!! This establishment needs to reconsider who they put at the front of their establishment!! While we’ve dined here in the past, the experience today WILL be our last visit!!! DO BETTER!! ?

Beware of the hostess working @1730 on 11.17.24. Extremely rude, was a single diner. The manager at this joint must hate single diners. Worst experience at a Jinya.

I enjoyed the ramen, but there were so many mistakes with our drinks, food, etc, that it felt like we were constantly asking for help to fix something. We were offered substitution options that were not delivered, given cocktails that were wrong or tasted like laundry detergent, and were charged for items that never arrived, even after asking for them to be taken off the bill. We didn't notice we were still overcharged until we had paid. This place is too expensive to have service this poor. I will not be going back.

Dee did such an incredible job. She was very polite and professional. She was super attentive and overall helpful. Definitely would come earlier in the day as the dinner period can get a bit loud but regardless a very benevolent experience!

The waiter was really nice and the food was amazing, I probably would've eaten more if I wasn't already full. The atmosphere was also great and you can also see the chiefs cook. 10/10, would recommend.

Molly was the best!!!! So sweet and kind! Asked about food allergies- which no one ever does! This has been the best experience simply because of Molly and the rest of the lovely staff at this location. Loved the wonton ramen and the corn tempura! Highly recommend!
