The week previously everything was great except the chicken was so salty. It was hard to eat. Yesterday, not so much. I waited over 20 mins to get my order at 10:35am. They were more concentrated on pickup orders and not as focused on the customer there in the store. I'll never go at that time again.

Food was good and service was nice. They let me take my time with ordering and I could see everyone using gloves which is my first thing to look at for fast food places. The food came out correctly and within just a 2 minutes of ordering.

my experience here was great. I came close to closing on Sunday 08/11/25 and the cashier at front told me what they still had prepared. Then when he realized he was out he informed me it would be about 15 minutes while they made it fresh, which i was ok with. During that time i also witnessed the cashier handle a slow customer, and a loud but not necessarily rude customer. That cashier is a solid employee, management you'd do well to keep him. The chicken was also great. Jollibee level chicken, which i feel kfcs all over the place have been falling behind in recent years.
NOTE: It's 4 parking spaces for the whole restaurant lol

I've been coming to this particular franchise since 2007 when we moved in the area (Owensmouth and Remmet) from Tarzana (Reseda and Erwin). This was my spot when I wanted KFC. I would walk here from our apartment at that time. It is located in the corner of Sherman Way and Topanga.
I realized that the former Big Lots is now an empty parking lot!

Chicken is always delicious and fresh consistently. The manager is professional, and cares about the customers served here. I come here for a treat once a. week after 3 days of my pool exercises.

Order was not ready for pick-up, order was wrong, and had to tell the individual to complete the order with the 3 drinks paid for. Awful service and the food was not to the typical standard. Don't go to this location.

They don't have waffles at this location. Get with the program and get your menu up to date. How is this even possible? Drive elsewhere, like the KFC located on Balboa, they offer the chicken and waffles that this location does not. It's so worth it!

There was a goated guy who gave us a nice lemonade and also it was very unexpected because we were just joking around and said hey I told my friend hey can you get me a lemonade. And mind you this was the 4th of July this guy is probably tired and I just want to congratulate him and say you know get your raise from your manager but like the manager better see this and give you a raise and you're working the last 9 to 10 shift I don't know if that's going to be helpful but like manager give this guy a raise bro.
