Juan was AMAZING!!!! Even in the outing rain-I found the Customer Service worth it!!!!
Good customer service but parking is very small and KFC prices are a bit steep, when you can get a full chicken at Costco for 5 dollars.Parking: Barely any parking space and since there aren't many KFC in the area this KFC gets really full

Fast and professional staff. Come here all the time. Always order their big jalapeños on the side. They are big and juicy. Literally. Must have.Parking: There’s only 3 spots. Usually they’re free.

The food was pretty good as it usually is, but the service was really disappointing. The lady at the front took my order but didn't even bother charging my order, so I ended up standing there waiting about 5 minutes for someone to come back and allow me to pay for the order. It was perhaps the most bizarre transaction I've ever had. The atmosphere was decent. There was a little round table at the centre of the dining area which I thought was kinda cute so I sat there and enjoyed my meal.
You guys suck, what is the point of giving the option to order sauces if your not even gonna put a single sauce into my delivery order?? Is it that you guys are lazy? Or just too cheap to include the sauces that are normally free if I eat in. What am I going to do with 5 chicken strips with nothing to dip them in. But now I'm stuck at work with no sauce what a joke, I wont be ordering again.

I've usually order from the reseda kfc I was close to this location Winnetka/Sherman way and this KFC chicken was dry and hard. Didn't have that finger licking good motto. I looked on yelp and only had 2 stars. I should have looked here first. The girl behind the counter was nice and helpful. I'll go to KFC again but not this location

My first visit. Spent $27 and there's no fries in my bag. I'm already home. What a disappointment. It wasn't busy at all.Follow up: It's the next day. Ordered another combo. The guy asked me what drink I wanted. He then took two more orders before handing my order. But no drink. He walked away and I had to make eye contact to let him know. Then he asks what drink I wanted. The place is practically empty and he can't remember. Management, please train your employees properly. KFC is not the cheapest. So please give us better service.In addition, the chicken Patty this evening is much fryer than yesterday. And the fries are very salty. Not worth $15.99

Today I visited this location on my lunch break which was the absolute worst mistake I could have ever made I ordered my food to eat inside the restaurant to have to deal with a nasty employee that KFC has allowed to become a manager he was disgusting rude and very unprofessional I witnessed him come from the kitchen area where the food is prepared with a filthy rag that he cleaned the TRASH CAN with the proceeded to clean all the tables and then came over to where I was eating and tried to kill a BIG HORSE FLY that had been flying around the restaurant after a customer came in he tried hitting the horse fly in the direction of my table that I was eating at and when I asked him not to such a disgusting disturbing thing over my food he got so rude and disrespectful with me that he actually told me if I didn't like it I could leave and I told him I'm a paying customer he then continued to speak to me with disrespectful manner and I then got upset and asked him for his name to report his File behavior he continued to be cocky and act as if he was in the right for trying to kill a fly next to me while I'm eat this is the most poor attitude I have witnessed from a human being he has no respect for the paying customers and should not be a manager of any food restaurant he needs to be fired immediately because there's nothing more disgusting then this
