Went to pick up an order that's already paid for and there was one customer already being helped. While Cashier was making their order people starting coming in. Another Cashier finally shows up and just started with the person who just came in. I came in just to pick up my order and be quick but it took me 20mins before they acknowledge me. I was so not having it that day.

The worst services ever. These females working there are very rude. I was waiting for my order and when I asked how much longer after waiting over 15 minutes these workers didn't acknowledge me. They need more training in customer service. All of them in this facility are incompetent If I could I would give them a negative score not a 1 star. They don't even wear their name tag I wonder why.

I placed my order thru the app, when I went to pick it up around 9:45pm, my receipt said double check to make sure it is 💯 so I didn’t make anything of it, when I got home which was around 10:10, my boys notice that there chicken strips weren’t there, I immediately called the restaurant but was unsuccessful, my whole dinner was ruined, I ended up cooking because we didn’t have enough for our whole family. This is not good, I love KFC but I was so disappointed, I should’ve listen to my husband and gotten Pollo Loco instead. 😖 I did go back and they did give me my strips but the damage was already done.

False advertising! All the commercials on TV say 10$ for 8 pieces, I got changed 12$!
It is really run down and dirty on the outside...so bad I didn't even go in. Lots of trash all around, windows were filthy.

Please tell this establishment they should have a more diverse employment team here rather just having one specific ethnic group and this establishment should also have a diverse selection of music that they play on the loud monitor. I walked in and heard very loud mariachi music they should also play American music because it’s an American establishment

I came to pick up orders from KFC and the lady called Paulina, one of those who has glasses, I just asked her that I was coming for an order and she was in a bad mood and she answered me in a bad way. This message is if you don't like your job, look for it. something better. Why are they in a place that is bad, very bad service?
