Didn’t feel like cooking, used my McDonald points. Hot fresh food it was empty so that was a plus for me, got to sit and just enjoy

I really don't like the ordering system. I wish they would go back to the old system meaning counter ordering. I don't believe seeing a menu board anymore at this place.

Every time I come here they are always rude . Never friendly. Never happy. Service is horrible. I try to avoid coming here but if it’s close by , I have no choice. But I will now drive further to go to mcds on Topanga.
