I got all my food. i asked for ketchup, and the girl in the drivethur said I couldn't get any more that I had to pay for ketchup really when I spent like $40 wow never coming back

One of the workers in there was cool, the manager is a little uppity. I used my mobile app to order food, the drive thru worker told me my code didn't work ( so I drove off )...but then looking at my app, they ended up taking my points out and not giving me my food. Grimey area with grimey service.

It’s been about four or five years since I ordered a Sunday and when he brought it to me, it looks like it’s 25% smaller than it was before but probably 25% more in cost. This is called shrink inflation. McDonald’s is doing this with their french fries the small white bag is now called the medium. This is so sad. The company is trying to rip people off to make more money. I expect McDonald’s to close in the years to come would not recommend it.

Let’s start by saying if your ordering your food at the Kiosk and take the number to your table, They will Not bring your food. So get rid of the numbers of the employees are Not willing to go the extra mile. You can stand at the counter with out the register and No one acknowledges you until you have to say something. Also this Franchise does Not offer Refills at all. So I guess I’ll just choke to death and Sue or bring a 2-Liter of soda. Get with it Franchise owner. Teach your employees how to interact with customers.

There comes a point a restaurant cuts food quality and costs to the point you don’t see any reason to come back. The staff here is nice and professional even if a lot of the customers are really rude.
