“I placed a mobile order and received the wrong items. When I returned to the store to get the correct order, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They ignored me, spoke to each other in another language while looking at me, refused to help, and even closed the window in my face. One of the employees told me to leave instead of resolving the issue. This behavior was disrespectful, unprofessional, and felt discriminatory. I felt I was being treated differently and unfairly. Please review the store cameras at the time of my visit. I am requesting a full refund or the correct order and that this incident be investigated immediately.”

Very rude staff, I asked for a straw and treated me like I'm invisible, I went on friday morning and a chunky girl with long braided hair took my order, they never smile, answer you with a bad additude. I literally observed her the whole time I was there, she's like that with everyone, but when I saw her throw a bag of food to go to another customer, I knew never to go back there. And I actually live near by. Evaluate your employees, they all have bad costumer service in this particular location, never have a felt this negative energy anywhere else.

This is by far the most irresponsible and unacceptable experience I’ve ever had with McDonald’s. I placed an order through the McDonald’s App, and this store didn’t even bother to fulfill it. Just complete disregard for the customer.
On top of that, the refund somehow takes up to 10 business days. For what reason? I placed the order today, and it was supposed to be prepared today. The store failed to do its basic job, and now I’m expected to wait weeks to get my own money back?
I will be submitting detailed feedback to the main McDonald’s corporate office because this level of incompetence is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed with this location, and I will never order through the app again or visit this store in the future. This McDonald’s has completely lost my trust, and I strongly advise others to stay away as well.”

Food was prepared fast, but they charge for every condiment, even ones that other McDonald's don't charge for. It's in a bad area so lots of homeless people hanging out inside and outside. I gave only two stars because when I went to wash my hands in the bathroom there was a homeless man in the women's restroom hunched over the sink, which I guess isn't their fault, but I didn't get to wash my hands & got disgusted.
Terrible experience. I ordered my sandwich and then watched it sit for 30 minutes while people kept cutting in line ahead of me (Nov 9, 2025, 11am–12pm)! When I finally got to the counter, they tried giving me the cold sandwich. I told them I was just there to pick up, and it needed to be redone.
After waiting another 7 minutes for a fresh sandwich, they even tried giving me fries without the entrée. Completely confusing and disorganized.

It was fine, but I didn't like the policy of no free refills. Most McDonald's I've been to have the minimum of one free refill. What can I do with one small drink? If that's all I can afford.
Don't recommend buying drinks here unless you have no choice. Then use the app for the $1 coffee at least you get something from it.
Also, no toilet paper for the restrooms. I told them to restock but I think they just ignored me.
