Nuggets were not crispy and they didn't have honey as a dipping sauce which was a let down cause I was craving nuggets and honey from McDonald's real bad :(, the fries had like no salt and it's impossible to get an employees attention to ask for anything after you pick up your order at the counter. I did the whole electronic kiosk order thing but then had to order all over that the counter in order to pay with cash, that's always annoying and I had to wait in line to put my order in for almost 20minutes.
The food didn't taste fresh for my reasons I listed above and employees need to be more focused on customer service and satisfaction than they are small talk amongst themselves. For as much as they charge for everything at McDonald's these days you should at least get semi-decent customer service and fresh food. McDonald's is rarely affordable in my budget so when I do splurge and go there, it's sad that McDonald's for myself is considered a splurg, lol, blade expected to be a little better experience and a little bit better food. This location needs work.

I thought that it would change but it hasn't so here's the review. Drinks never filled up, fries halfway filled, no napkins, no sauce for nuggets no straw, I mean are we suppose to ask for everything now?

I came today march 4,2025 around 10:00 am to the drive thru has the worse customer service. They have people that cant even speak properly, take correct orders, and no education. Worst mcdonals to order drive thur.

I understand you guys need to pass the mistery shop, but Service has been focused too much on getting customers out, no matter what takes, employees are turning rude and don't care if your order is right or not. Sweet tea most of the time taste sour, like they don't wash they container. Adding to this, they park every car, regardless of the order size and take for ever to bring the food out.

Literally half of three mc flurry is missing. If I go to the McDonald's at reseda, and order the mini mc flurry, it's literally the same size of the full size mc flurry in this spot. TS PMO

Came here to purchase food at 5am and needed to urgently use the bathroom as well. The door was opened and I went right in. I asked the attendant if I could use the bathroom. She said no. She proceed to shove me out of the restaurant and slammed the door shut behind me. Very hurt and disappointed about this treatment. This occurred 02/20/25

McDonald's need to check their employees and the customer service.

I made a Mobil order at 1:12am to be very exact. My boyfriend then went to pick up my food for me. The manager refused to give him my food. My boyfriend then picks me up. The manager still refuses to give me my food because he couldn’t confirm it was my food. Mind you I have the receipt on my phone and a screenshot of it. The two employees are trying their best to help me confirm on the app that I am at the right location. Turns out I am at the correct location the manager just refused to give me my food. I then ask for a refund, they refuse saying it has to be done on the app. I tried on the app it won’t let me without a restaurant receipt. The two regular employees helped me out way more than the manager who literally hid in his office. The manager also refused to give me his name and told me to “google it”. This location needs to train that manager better or fire him and promote the two normal employees who tried everything they could to help me. I was also there intell 2am so almost an hour of my waiting to get my food. I tried to take a picture of this manager but he turned an dan away, probably because he knew he was in the wrong. I’m also attaching the screenshot of my receipt proving I payed. I’m currently waiting for corporate to open so I can make sure I get my refund and if they don’t give it to me I’m just going to place a charge back on my card since I did not receive the food I payed for.
