God forbid you order online through door dash or another app they will completely disregard your order and what is selected to be on the burger I don't know if they do it out of spite or if their employees are just illiterate do not expect your order to be correct... it never is, which sucks because Michael's used to be so good but the past 3 months idk if they got new people working or what but the orders have been consistently wrong every single time

Have been visiting this burger joint a lot in the past - always got a double cheeseburger. Recently revisited this place again to see whats changed. There is no dine in option - they have small out door area that is placed by the noisy road so I would not recommend it. The food is being prepared on the actual grill with flame - burger wise this place is really worth trying - I would say one of the top burger places in SFV - the burger has 1000 island sauce, fresh crispy veggies and 2 patties. Not the juiciest one but tastes great! The portion is big and costs only $9. They have freshly squeezed orange juice, soda and a bunch of other items in the menu. The service is always fast. P.s. i have tried few other items from the menu like breakfast burrito or melts - they are no good lol. So go for burgers only!

My husband loves getting takeout from here. He's has had the burgers, breakfast burritos, egg salad sandwich and grilled cheese. He normally gets me the mushroom burger which comes with a special sauce and is delicious! He gets the grilled cheese for the kids and they enjoy it. I haven't gone myself so can't say about the service or ambiance. I do enjoy their burgers!
Horrible & has been sadly a wasted spot in the valley for over30+ years. The food is almost inedible & guaranteed everything is frozen store bought crap.

Good customer service but the steak breakfast burrito and the French toast are not good at all. Both have zero flavor. I took my burrito home and added cheese and sour cream and grilled it up and it still wasn't good. I also got a mango, pineapple, and orange smoothie which was ok. I would return to try out their burgers IF I was in the area but other than that pretty disappointed in their food.

The burger and fries were okay. But only okay. I am somewhat amazed that it's possible to cook a burger with that little flavor. But, okay, at least it was edible. The sausages, however, were greasy, spongy, and full of gristle. The onion rings were not rings but flavorless shards of onion. The pancakes were burned and tasted of onions. All in all this was extremely disappointing and I will not be back.

Fries were unseasoned. The chili burger I got was average. no seating indoors. Outdoor seating available. Pricing was alright.
