This review is only concerning their take-out and customer service standards in that aspect.I only order takeout from here (4 times in the past few months) and there's always something going wrong. Either they haven't started the order (didn't get a notification..so they say), something is missing or some other admin error.This last time (12/19/23) I placed an order at 3pm on their website. About $70 worth of food. I arrived to pick up at around 3:30pm. The store was dark. No lights. I notice their sign saying that they are closed between 3pm and 5pm. Website did not say it nor did it deny me from completing an order. I walked around to another door and it was open. I encountered two employees eating in the dark. I asked if my order was going to be made and they rudely replied with, "NO! WE ARE CLOSED! COME BACK AT 5!". I do not leave nearby and ordered because the my family was waiting on their late lunch. I asked for a Manager to cancel the order. The employee claimed that no one was here and to come back at 5pm. I told him I don't live here and I'm not coming back at 5pm. No help whatsoever. Not even a number to the Manager. The number on their website rang at the restaurant.Hours later around 7pm, I get a call from a random number saying my order has been sitting for hours and that they will not give a refund. I called back and talked to someone and they refused to refund me for ordering during their 2 hour lunch break.This was the last straw for this place. The food is good but their service just turns me off.

I got the mushroom matar to go. I tasted okay, but not great, and immediately after eating my stomach started to gurgle & I felt unwell. The next day I had a headache all day. I am very fond of Indian Food and usually tolerate it well. This is the first and only time I have had this reaction after eating Indian literally hundreds of times in my life.

Very inexpensive Indian food buffet. These days, you can’t beat $12.95 all you can eat. Place is not fancy. It is a traditional Indian restaurant. I liked it.
Our corporate office celebrated our annual Thanksgiving and Diwali since this is a multi-cultural office. Thanks to the staff at the New Indian Palace for the assistance with the catering order and delivery. All of my colleagues were very pleased with the great quality and delicious food. I highly recommended this place. The owners are very nice people and very professional.

What a bummer! Called in for pickup and let them know it was my first time here so I'd have a couple questions. I asked about the heat scale and tried to order an extra hot but was told that is too hot. Ok. Then I asked another spice question and she repeated two dishes back that I didn't order. We had difficulty communicating, but I was ready to be patient and just make sure the order was right to give the food a fair shot.... Then..... .... click..... I got hung up on!!I didn't know that was a thing. It felt so unfair and disrespectful. (By the way, we eat a lot of Indian food and have been searching for a great place since moving from Seattle...still searching)

Terrible service. Awful manners. Not child friendly. Food is average, and the atmohere puts you off. Bossy service women who stand over you to "eat and leave"Don't honor advertised prices. Overall an awful experience and not worth repeating.
