When a customer comes in and is speaking to you guys at the front, the least you can do is actually acknowledge them and use your voice back, not just nodding or shaking your head. Doesn’t get any more rude than that. Especially on Christmas of all days..

Love their chili dogs and fries! The chili is a hit or miss as far as blandness/ taste. The customer service could use an increase friendliness and hospitality. Overall this place is back approved 👍

I used to love coming to this place, but the customer service is terrible. They made my burger wrong, and the second time they loaded it with pepper, which I didn't ask for. I had mentioned the promotion but wasn't given it, but I corrected the cashier, saying it should be this amount with the promotion. He said I had to mention it beforehand, but I remember asking for it when ordering.I think I'm done with this location. It was really dirty when I went too, so the atmosphere wasn't great.
The food was good, but I had to pick out all the peppers. I wish I had taken a picture of it, but I wasn't thinking about it.

Garbage food, garbage establishment, they closed it early, it was impossible to go into the premises itself to pick up your order, had to stand in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes.
The staff were great, they were very polite and had the food out fast! My sons who didn't grow up in California and are here for their first time loved it! Even though they got plain hot dogs and fries. I gave them some of my chili cheese fries and they loved them too!
