Great pizza ! So many great selections to choose from. The BBQ chicken pizza is to die for. Must give the Lemoncello and Margarita pizzas are my ultimate favorites ! Don't leave without trying a Bavarian Pretzels are cooked to perfection!

Limoncello pizza!!! DELICIOUS!! I love that you can order from 818 Brewery. Very fair prices. I can't wait to try more of their menu items. Highly recommend:)

I wish I could give this place a great review but I was disappointed. Gotta a plain slice from here. Pretty bland with too much cheese and not enough sauce. To be fair I have extremely high standards as I grew up in NJ and NYC. Honestly great pizza is all about the sauce. It's that zest, that "you know it when it hits you taste". Then it's about the crust. The cheese is the last concern in my opinion. I will potentially give this place another shot as it's possible it was just off that day.

Have been here a few times and it never disappoints. Got the spicy diavola pizza and the bbq chicken and both were excellent. Also paired with a simple salad which was fresh and tasty. The only thing I wish they had was their own liquor license - you cannot bring beer from 818 over to the eatery. Hopefully they can amend this and it acts as almost a quieter overflow for 818 brewery. Will definitely be back!

Love that they have a vegan pizza on the menu and the beer next door is an awesome pairing! Now their vegan pizza uses vegan cheese instead of hummus, super tasty.

This place is legit! Of course, I always head toward the places that offer a vegan option, and Osborne did NOT disappoint. You can substitute vegan cheese on any of the pizzas-- I'm pretty sure they use Follow Your Heart mozzarella, and it comes out creamy and cheesy AF! The best part about Osborne is that it's owned by 8one8 Brewing next door, so you can order your pizza over there while drinking a few delicious brews (I highly recommend the Matador Red Ale) Oh! One warning, there is a LOT of garlic in the pizza sauce, so if you're not a garlic fan, you may want to ask for the white sauce or chili garlic oil instead; or grab some wings or a focaccia or a pretzel or some fries-- it's all good!

Pizza is good, we had the pepperoni and jalapeño pizza. I think it would be tastier if they used the pickled jalapeño style, but not bad. The service is good, it would be better if they had menus at the tables. Unfortunately the ambiance feels more like a truck-stop, than a pizza restaurant.

Great pizza and great people. The only reason I am not giving them a 4-Star rating is that they did not have "ham" as one of their meat options for pizza, which was a bit strange. I don't know....perhaps it's owned by a Muslim individual being anti-ham, but otherwise the pizza was really good.

Well where do I start! Rebecca, Kimberly, Bryan, Osborne Pizza Kitchen wouldn't be as tasteful and amazing without all three. The atmosphere and positive energy from them are one of a kind. The service done in a timely manner is exquisite. Their hand tossed Vegetarian Pizza with pickle Jalapenos is immaculate, perfect. To top it off, their crème brûlée,with the glass caramelised on top and luxuriously vanilla-flavoured underneath, is so heavenly divine. Once again, Rebecca you made my week!

What did I do to deserve Pizza like this!!!!! Greatest Pizza of ALL TIME! Hand tossed pizza doe in the air! Right when you think the toss is done, again it gets tossed again with some pizza tossing skills! Let's go Rebecca! I absolutely loved the extra two minutes in the oven, that crunchiness with the mouth watering savory veggies and fresh melted mozzarella cheese! Trust this! It's absolutely the Best Pizza in town! Oh and the Blueberry Blonde is superb with Osborne pizza!!!!

Pizza a on par with most pizza chains.. floppy slice thats heavy on sauce and cheese... they managed to make my pizzas burnt and soggy at the same time... the fries were good... overall just ok... they only offer one size for their prices which is a bit odd..One of my pizzas I added mushrooms and it didn't have any... try Luckys pizza near by instead

I’m so bummed, I was excited to try a new local pizza spot and the high reviews sounded promising. But the pizza and sandwich left a lot to be desired. We ordered pick up and when we got home and opened the pizza box, my husband and I both said it looked like school lunch pizza. We were hopeful the taste would be better than the look but it was bland and tasted like frozen pizza. It was over sauced, under cheesed, under pepperonied. I wish I could say anything good about the chicken parm sandwich but the chicken was super thick, seemed pre cooked or frozen, and was rubbery. I took one bite and couldn’t eat the rest. I really am so bummed, I had really high hopes. Hoping this was just a really off night for them.Edit: deleted my note about it being empty. I appreciate your kind response and I wish you all the most success! I will always root for local restaurants to succeed!
