Alfina was super nice and advise to download the app for perks.i told her I would leave a review so she gave me all her coworkers name but I forgot ..the only thing that stops the 5 stars is portion size ..and thats for a Pandas they all have the same size serving spoon.

Several Panda locations are a hit or miss regarding service. The amazing, friendly and professional service I just received from a young lady named LAURA motivated me to post this positive review. She is amazing at connecting with Panda customers (I’m a regular. Therefore, I KNOW most workers aren’t good at what they do), she is clearly different from a regular Panda employee. Higher Management should pay attention to her and let her excel in the organization. Wish you corporate success, Laura, keep it up.

Closing manager denied my wife and i a simple request of chow mein with less vegetables. Manager told us best he could do is shake the veggies off. Believe juan was his name. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Strictly speaking of the Topanga Canyon location in the old Vons location. The food was not seasoned properly. It was bland and gross. Teriyaki chicken lacked flavor. Chicken egg rolls whas more veggies than chicken. No flavor. Other locations i have visited i can't complain. Never considering going back.

Everyone knows how terrible this lot is. So I ordered somehting for pickup, and had someone else go get it. I trusted that they would include the items requested as they ask at checkout what sauces you would like. I ordered teriyaki chicken and a side of teriyaki. To my displeasure, not only did they not package the teriyaki sauce, they also did not include the sauce on the actual teriyaki chicken. Y’all, all I got was cut up meat. Never coming again!! Look at how unappetizing this looks! Make it right! Not taking 30 minutes to drive to a location to not find parking on something that should have been done from the beginning!!
