Strictly speaking of the Topanga Canyon location in the old Vons location. The food was not seasoned properly. It was bland and gross. Teriyaki chicken lacked flavor. Chicken egg rolls whas more veggies than chicken. No flavor. Other locations i have visited i can't complain. Never considering going back.

Everyone knows how terrible this lot is. So I ordered somehting for pickup, and had someone else go get it. I trusted that they would include the items requested as they ask at checkout what sauces you would like. I ordered teriyaki chicken and a side of teriyaki. To my displeasure, not only did they not package the teriyaki sauce, they also did not include the sauce on the actual teriyaki chicken. Y’all, all I got was cut up meat. Never coming again!! Look at how unappetizing this looks! Make it right! Not taking 30 minutes to drive to a location to not find parking on something that should have been done from the beginning!!

I ordered a bowl and the cashier didn’t not give me a full serving. Their scooper is how they measure but she literally gave me like 5 little bites of orange chicken. I corrected her and her boss told her it was right. I should have just left
I would not go again, the frozen food, the frozen broth, the golden tacos, a lot of oil and the beans taste very bad!! And the cheapest cheese is oily and bad!

Literally forgot my kung pao chicken entirely. Realized when I came home and drove all the way back. Really disappointed by the lack of sympathy for peoples TIME & MONEY. Got a simple shrug for a sorry so I asked for a refund, but they wouldn’t give me my food back said it was either the food or the refund after all that. Lady managing really needs to be fired absolutely no regard for satisfying a customer and clearly lacks experience in problem solving. She is committed to having customers leave with a miserable experience.

This is my favorite location! The food is always fresh and good helpings! The employees are very friendly and the place us always clean and organized.
Parking: Parking can be a bit rough in the evenings, nighttime and weekend, especially due to the In-n-Out next door.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp on the north side of the lot and up front as well.
I generally avoid posting negative reviews, but my experience at this Panda Express location has been consistently disappointing. Both day and night shifts seem to be very stingy with portions, even counting out the number of noodles. If you're considering going after 9 PM, be prepared for nearly empty trays, with the exception of the chicken teriyaki. This has happened on multiple occasions, and it doesn't seem to be improving.
