The food was very disappointing. The noodles were very gummy and lacked flavor. The orange chicken was also gummy and the sauce was too sweet and lacked flavor. Do yourself a favor goto a local Chinese food restaurant and avoid Panda Express.

I ordered 2 three entree meals and waited 10 minutes for teriyaki chicken. As long as I waited they still got my order wrong. I wanted to drive back but I need to pick up my son. Next time someone spends $40 for dinner, at least get the order correct.

Their is a laidy named marseilla that treated me really terribly and I was just trying to pay for extra beef and she said she couldn’t do that even though I know it’s possible because I eat at other panda expresses at least once a week, I also asked for mostly chow mein and a little white rice and she said extremely we can only do 50/50 or one or the other. She was so rude that even the cooks gave her the stink eye I lipped the words sorry to me and shrugged. Marsilla is a very mean worker and should be fired immediately for treating customers worse than poorly I would say terribly 1 star. Period

I HATE the new trays. They are disgusting. But aside from that the food is always great and MARCELA is super sweet. Always great customer service with her.Parking: VERY small parking lot but usually you can find free street parking and walk up

Make sure to read the fine print.this place tries to screw ya at every item ordered.. I ordered a whole family plate and they gave me one fortune cookie they wanted to charge me a dollar per cookie after they gave me one and I asked for three cookies that's ridiculous those things are worth pennies anyways make sure you read the small print because if you order a plate which is two portions they're going to charge you for basically ordering two it's just I'll never come here again I just am so disgusted with this place just because they lost money during covid they're trying to screw us all and it's a corporation so they'll always come out on the top and the little people will go home with f*** this place I'll never come here again and anyone who likes to shop here and eat here is not my friend anymore

Went last night about an hour before closing. Worst meal I've had in quite a while. They were out of almost everything. The chow mein was down to mostly oil and cabbage bits with small strands of some noodles. I got the broccoli beef which was also absolutely drenched in oil. I picked up a broccoli piece and it was literally dripping. So gross and unhealthy. I hardly touched my noodles because of how oily and difficult it was to eat being mostly cabbage or whatever vegetable is in there. What a waste of money and I feel disgusting. I'm definitely not returning to panda ever again after this experience. It's just not good for you.

I ordered online for delivery from this Panda Express. (Not through Door Dash, directly from their site.) Three whole meals were not delivered. I was refused a refund of the delivery fee and the driver tip. I don't care whose error it was. Maybe the store didn't give the driver my entire order. Or the delivery guy took off with three meals for himself. Who knows? Either way the meals were ordered directly from Panda, they charged me for meals I did not receive, and they are responsible for the food and the service. How hard could it be to refund the delivery and tip. Awful food, awful customer service.
