There is no line in the evening, the staff is very nice. And there's plenty of parking space near the place.

This location is usually on point. Well, not Sunday 6/9/24 around 4:00 PM. I went in for my usual Two Item Entree Plate. They were down to the bottom of the barrel on the Honey Sesame Chicken, barely enough for one side. I asked the worker how long for fresh Honey Sesame Chicken and the worker said 6 minutes before a fresh batch would be ready. Good thing I wasn’t in a rush or wanted two entree sides of the Honey Sesame Chicken. I go back after 6 minutes and start my order and when I asked for two orders of the Veggie Spring Rolls, they didn’t have any and all the worker said “We don’t have any Veggie Spring Rolls”. He didn’t even clarify if they didn’t have any at the moment or at all. I told him to cancel my order and I went south on Topanga Blvd to the Panda Express near Vanowen Ave. That location was on point!! They had full portions of pretty much all of the entrees and they had Veggie Spring Rolls ready to go!! I don’t quite get how you can allow your options to run low or run completely out, when a customer can walk in at any minute and want the item or items that you failed to prepare and have ready.
Food is good the portions are horrible. Even the fried rice they barely put anything for a double order. The one star is for the super stingy portions. Rather go to small mom and pop Chinese restaurant.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Panda Express - Topanga and Roscoe Location
My recent visit to Panda Express at the Topanga and Roscoe location left me thoroughly dissatisfied and frustrated. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find out that they were out of chicken egg rolls, a staple item on their menu. This was only the beginning of a series of disappointments.
The chow mein I ordered was dry and hard, lacking any semblance of freshness or flavor. Similarly, the fried rice suffered from the same fate, being dry and tough to chew. To add insult to injury, when I inquired about the availability of firecracker shrimp, I was met with another disappointment - not only was it not available, but there were remnants of other dishes left in the serving bowl.
When I politely asked if they could prepare more firecracker shrimp, I was met with resistance from the manager, who claimed it would take six minutes but refused to accommodate my request, citing concerns about waste. This exchange left me questioning whether the focus was on customer satisfaction or merely adhering to rigid operational protocols.
Despite the fact that it was only 8pm and the closing time was not until 10pm, it seemed as though the staff had already mentally checked out for the evening. This lack of attentiveness and willingness to accommodate customer requests is unacceptable, especially considering the reputation of a chain like Panda Express.
Needless to say, my experience at this Panda Express location was far from satisfactory, and I have no intention of returning in the future. I would caution others against visiting this location and instead suggest seeking out alternative dining options where customer satisfaction is prioritized.

The first time in this area, we were hungry and needed to find the place to eat. The food was good. However, it's hard to find our server; and It wasn't our choice to be seated in the weird corner uncomfortable like that ? Therefore, it wasn't a good experience for me!

Where is the pride in your work anymore. I ordered chow mein, orange chicken with string bean chicken. The chow mein was undercooked and dry. The orange chicken was not cooked well and over sauced. The string bean with chicken had no chicken. I could not be more disappointed in an order from a restaurant. It's absolutely ridiculous. This location needs an overhaul. Employees and chefs should all be fired for allowing the business to be spoken of this way.

I am very disappointed in their service recently. Two days ago we ordered delivery, and they forgot to put in the dinner for one person. They could not be reached by phone despite calling about a dozen times (going to a recording after 10 rings), and the door dash person also could not be contacted, even though door dash texted back that the driver is being contacted. I emailed about the issue, and have not received a response. In addition, the coating on the honey walnut shrimp had fallen off. This is not the first time they've forgotten things, but having no way to communicate with them about a problem is outrageous. On the plus side, delivery was faster than expected.

Terrible service, as they were out of walnut shrimps, we were told it will take three minutes to make them; and then literally they’re standing there chit chatting other than making them, we stood there for about 15 minutes. It’s not like they were busy at all.We go to Panda Express at least twice a month and love it!This branch is a disgrace to Panda Express’s good name.We love the restaurant and I just don’t understand how they could let go of the management and control of this location!
