Overall consistent, kind, friendly staff, accomodative for requests whether via phonecall or in person. Even though no tables or public restroom, the place redeems itself for the beneficial takeout availability whether Doordash, Papa John's App, or phone call. The location is beneficial for the areas of Winnetka, Woodland Hills, Reseda, Northridge, Tarzana, Encino, Porter Ranch & so on forth in the San Fernando Valley. Last positive mention is the requirement(s) of a pizza delivery foodbag when ordering through the DoorDash App ensuring quality delivery service(s) & professional accomodativeness. Great employees like Byron make the place exceptional & well maintained.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! I am a very loyal customer and usually order for pick up. This time I had guests over and placed an order for delivery. Spent over $50 and almost another $20 for tip. The pizzas were very undercooked and as you can tell by the pictures, the pizzas were handled very roughly. We couldn't eat any of it. I made several attempts to contact a manager by phone and they always tell me that there's no manager on duty. Obviously a lie. I've also sent a couple of emails to this location and corporate as well but never received response and it's been about a week already. I am totally disgusted with Papa John's and they lost me as a customer. I will make sure to let all my family and friends know about this too.

Ordered the Jack-o'-lantern on Halloween and waited over 2hrs for this crummy pizza. What sucks the most is that it was advertised at $9.99 but with tax and delivery it was 18.99 plus tip. I paid a dub for this. Left two complaints on there website and no one reached out to fix this so Now Im leaving a nasty review (they dont care about there customers time or money)

The manager here runs a scam. She gets the order wrong. She then claims the error originated from “the call center” and says that making the order correctly requires paying a second time. We showed her our call log demonstrating that we called HER number at the store where SHE picked up, and explained that no way our family would order any kind of pig meat. She insisted that we pay again. Only when her disrespect was reciprocated in person at her store did she make the right pizza. If you’ve had this issue, post a review here so the owner and manager get called out until they learn to run an honest business.

I ordered carry out a Extra Large XL New York Style Crust Create Your Own Pizza on 6/2/24. My pizza tracker soon went off ready for pick up. I drive over and ask for a pick up order and he goes to check without saying anything. He seems to be looking around and managing some orders. Eventually he comes back and mentions someone already picked it up claiming third party apps might have picked it up for delivery and saying how did they know the name for my pick up order. I even thought for a second maybe I could have accidentally ordered it for delivery but that was not the case. I gather myself to talk to the guy expecting him either to give me my money back or make me a new one because Papa John’s either gave my pizza to a random or did not even make it. The man offers me nothing but to use the web to get my money back which is not possible wasting my time further. When I got home the pizza tracker sill said “Ready” and was not claimed as picked up, which is a fact in this case.

Unbelievable experience. I called to place an order for a med pizza and a 20oz of Pepsi. Apparently, when you call, you're not talking to the store but some papa John's call center. I get there. The guy charges my card without checking on the soda. Turns out they're out of the 20oz Pepsi and says he can't refund the transaction he just processed. Instead of giving me my money back or just giving me a 2 liter, he charges me for a soda I didn't receive. Now I have to issue a chargeback on my credit card. What a hassle. I'm never going to Papa John's again. If you like being robbed, go to this store.
