Unbelievable experience. I called to place an order for a med pizza and a 20oz of Pepsi. Apparently, when you call, you're not talking to the store but some papa John's call center. I get there. The guy charges my card without checking on the soda. Turns out they're out of the 20oz Pepsi and says he can't refund the transaction he just processed. Instead of giving me my money back or just giving me a 2 liter, he charges me for a soda I didn't receive. Now I have to issue a chargeback on my credit card. What a hassle. I'm never going to Papa John's again. If you like being robbed, go to this store.

Theres a girl there she claims shes a manager...she acts like an owner..i asked her to exchange my garlic sauce for another sauce...however she Refused...0 customer service....like not worth getting a review for a sauce most places give away for free use your head i hope owner approaches this woman she's bad for

Ordered a Shaqaroni pizza (with added peppers). It had less pepperoni on it than a regular pepperoni pizza! Maybe an average of 4 pieces of pepperoni per huge slice. Also didn't taste great - I could barely taste the pepperoni. Super disappointing.

This pizza is my favorite, favorite of all pizzas I like that you can choose less cheese or more cheese, good variety of toppings. They took away thin crust. Bad, bad. I miss thin crust!

We're new to the area so comeback often. My grandkids love PJ's even though it's a bit pricey for grandma. Yet, I believe you get what you pay for. Carlos was sweet at pickup doing his one man show due diligence. Thanks Carlos. xoxo

I am thoroughly upset as I placed an order on Wednesday, March 23rd, 2023 at roughly 6;30 pm. The youngster (full head of dark auburn hair, drove an extra cab pick up truck. Color auburn with metallic paint) came to my front enclosed porch, and I peeled off what I thought was $40.00 in cash.. Two 5 dollar bills, a 10 dollar bill and a and a twenty dollar bill. Satisfied that we had conducted our business transaction appropriately, I closed both gate and my front door...About 10 minutes later, this same youngster arrives back to my gate informing me that I only handed him $30.00... So I apologized and handed him another $20.00. That very same night, I was furious because the youngster did not even have the decency to give me my $10.00 back as I was not going to give him a $19.00 tip !!! Don't EVER buy from this establishment and if you must, use a credit card . Needless to say, I am FURIOUS !!!
