This place is probably gonna shut its doors in six months. We dropped by on a Wednesday night and, honestly, it was kind of confusing at first - couldn't tell if it was supposed to be a bar, a restaurant, or a bowling alley. Downstairs, there's this huge bar with nobody around. We were then led upstairs to where the bowling lanes are, right next to this completely empty banquet hall. Super weird vibe. Even though the whole place was empty, the hostess put us right next to the only other group bowling, out of all the empty lanes available. The seating felt cramped and the tables were tiny. It took forever to get our drinks, like 25 minutes, and don't get me started on the wait for our food, which was about 45 minutes. And when the food finally came, it was just okay, definitely not worth what we paid. The bowling area itself had no vibe - no decent music or anything. It just felt off. Anyway, we ended up dropping $200 on bowling and another $180 on food for four people, and honestly, it just wasn't worth it.

Went today for the first time. Was with a large group for the Sunday Brunch. Service was excellent, and there were plenty of food choices for $40.00. It was a great deal. The waffle with lemon ricotta and blueberry sauce was a hit. The prime rib was so tender we didn't need a knife. Omlette station had great choices, and the Mac and cheese was delicious. We will definitely go back. The Manager mentioned an Easter bunny on Easter. Bowling upstairs. So fun you could stay all day

Went 2 days in a row and had a great time! The first night, I enjoyed a few bites from the happy hour menu and an old fashioned...delicious! But I got too sleepy to bowl so I returned the next day for bowling, enjoyed another old fashioned and some small bites. The service here is great, the host, the managers, the servers, bartenders, cooks were all great. On night one, Sam was our server and he was so informative, answered all my questions, and made some great recommendations. On day 2, Tony was our server and he was awesome as well :-) I'll list the items it tried below with my ratings... but if you're in the area, stop by for some fun! It's a nice vibe in there, can wait to return! Here's what I tried... -Old fashioned (house made) - 5/5 -Prosciutto & fig pizza (no prosciutto bc I don't eat pork but still very good w/o it) - 5/5 -Calamari - 5/5 -Short rib sliders - 5/5 -BBQ chicken pizza - 3/5 -chicken wings - 3/5

The review is mainly for the server Brian who hands down is the nicest server ever in my life!!! The food is a 2.5-3. Not pictured is the slider which was the best part just wish they would be without buns lol. Also the meatballs were best by themselves all the cheese just couldn't handle then the pizza was definitely good just again had cheese overload. Came late on a Sunday for birthday celebration. If you love cheese, this is your place hands-down. If not then look for something without cheese. Also, I noticed the pizzas are very different nothing like any other pizza joints I've seen my birthday boy wanted pepperoni sausage, but there was none. Again the service is five stars maybe really 10 stars for Brian the food gets a 3.

I went here for the Brunch buffet on a Saturday. The service was a bit slow but they seemed to be low on staff so that's totally fine not going to fault them for it. The food was really good and they had a lot of options. We got there at 11, which is when they put out the food so it was all so fresh and good. The price however was not great. $40 for a buffet is crazy, I thought it was $30, which seemed way more reasonable. The food still was good just needs to be a bit cheaper

Went there to celebrate a friend's birthday. We started out with a game of bowling. We were attended to very well. They even gave us extra minutes to finish our game with no charge. We went downstairs to have dinner afterwards. I had the spaghetti and meatballs. They were yummy and it was a good sized portion. Everyone was happy with their meal. I heard from one of those attending that the brunch at Pinstripes is great. So I want to try that next.

The place looks beautiful. The staffing is lacking, and the bowling area is cramped. We already knew which lane we were meeting at. Arrived on the 2nd floor through the mall and waited at a small check-in stand for several minutes. No one showed up. Saw no employees. Saw the lanes ahead of us and approached. We saw an assortment of bowling shoes in various sizes. Still seeing no one around, we grabbed our shoes and proceeded to the lane. Took awhile for someone to come over to take our drink and food order. Unlike a restaurant, no one seems to check on you unless you alert them via a button. Then you wait. It's a process. Seating is best for 4. If you have 5 it's workable but tight. 6 didn't work, and we'd take turns standing, since we were told we couldn't sit at the empty couch next to us. The games are on a timer. You have exactly 1 hour before they shut down. Halfway into our 2-hr session our game stopped. Had to get someone to reset the system because apparently we were only allocated 1 hour. The extensive food menu is not available at the lanes, unfortunately. They have a limited gaming menu. So the "restaurant" is really its own entity. Too bad. We were looking forward to having a good meal while we bowled. One breakdown where maintenance had to be notified. 5-6 min later we were back in action, though time was not added, nor fees credited, for the mishap. I do understand the time - because lanes are booked for precise hours. Removing our shoes, there was nowhere seen where we could leave them, so we placed them on top of a couple barrels near where we picked them up. Hopefully someone sprayed them before putting them back. Saw nowhere to settle up our food & drink bill. As we wandered towards the front, we finally saw an employee and asked. We were directed downstairs to a main entrance. Once there the lady said we should've paid our server. Told her no one showed to take our money. After a little confusion we were able to pay. No reason to return at this point.

What a horrific experience! My daughter burst into tears tears and couldn't stop crying because of the way we were treated. We got there at 2:40, there was a buffet set up. The guy in front told us last call for buffet was 2:30 and we can't have it. He sat us at the table and left two dinner menus, we waited and waited and waited while all other ppl were helping themselves at buffet and they were not taking it apart. I approached a busboy and asked if someone will come to our table, he called what seemed to be a manager, I told him that none approached us in 15 minutes. He said he would send someone immediately. We want back to our table , waited 10 more minutes. No one still approached us. My daughter was starving , seeing all other people getting the food from the buffet but we were told no. As I was leaving I asked the guy in front why no one came to our table , he didn't seem to be bothered. My daughter started crying and no one did anything about it. If you guys need time between serving brunch and dinner don't sit people for some time until your servers are ready. But sitting people down and not making any contact for 30 min is not OK.

What a fun day. It was our first time here so one of the managers, Ruth, could not have been more welcoming and checked with us a few times to make sure we were good. Fun bowling and great drink specials! Looking forward to returning for another round of fun

First of all, I want to say that I did not go to the restaurant to eat.I scheduled an appointment with Kai Gomez to tour the facility and schedule a bridal shower for my daughter. I was treated with the utmost respect from Kai. He was very professional. Gave us a tour of the venue and we went over the menu options. The restaurant is very nice. Kai was very professional and answered all my questions. I will definitely consider having an event at the restaurant.

I came here for brunch for my 2 granddaughters birthday. I mentioned on the reservation under special occasion birthday. I mentioned when I arrived. Absolutely NO acknowledgement of their birthdays. Our server we barely saw and orange juice & iced tea was not cold. We didnt have utensils and we had to ask for them. The pizza was terrible for the kids and the fries were cold. The lady at the waffle maker was telling us to go upstairs for the waffles. I think she did not understand us. Someone had to come by and explain to her that we wanted waffles.Afterwards, we did a hour of bowling. All the balls the finger holes were either too small, or too large. Again, no acknowledgements of the birthdays. You can not even enjoy the game because you are being rushed by the time. If you want to have drinks, or eat while bowling you do not have the time to do it. I rather pay per game and take my time and enjoy bowling. We had little kids as well and it takes time to set up their ball roll etc. This was a huge disappointment and I was really looking forward to it. For the price it is absolutely not worth it!
