From the moment I walked in, Kayla was welcoming and friendly, and you could tell she actually cared about making sure everything was right. She went out of her way to double check my order, kept a great attitude even though the place was busy, and made the whole experience feel easy. It’s rare these days to get customer service that feels genuine, but Kayla definitely made me want to come back. Pizza was great, but honestly, the customer service from her is what stood out the most.

I Ordered a medium pizza 3 days ago and it was made wrong, I called to let them know and honestly the guy seemed annoyed he had to answer the phone but said he would give me credit for my food which was $11 today I tried to order the exact same thing and I'm told the total is $22! I'm fed up with poor service and inconsistent pricing

Came here orders two pizza and arrived home to pizzas with little to no sauce and the crust was falling apart super dry I reached out to the manager (Kayla) for a refund and she told me I would have to drive 15 minutes back just to get a refund totally unacceptable I will definitely be reaching out to corporate to make a formal complaint

If I can give this place 0 stars I would They staff is not attentive to detail and they constantly mess up your orders. I reached out to upper management to inform them of the crappy service their staff is providing and asked for a full refund. Some lady named Beatriz Sanchez who’s probably AI decided to give me store credit instead of satisfying the paying customer and granting them a full refund. Save your money and don’t order from this place. They are terrible and should not be operating.
While order is tasty. They should be ashamed. This thing is tiny, not like the pic on the site

My neice ordered us some food here, I was nice enough to go pick it up. I stated her name at the counter they gave me an order and I paid. Luckily I checked and it was the wrong order but I went back they had a hard time believing me. Never apologized. They offered me the other pizza but then took it back. Service is disgusting.

~Driver didn't seem to know how to do his job at all. Items missing. Food was cold. ~Your drivers need education on checking the notes of an order as to look for instruction or special requests. ~This is the second time they have not read my disclaimer of please do not knock and no contact and caused a scene to awaken sleeping elderly by knocking and using with complete disregard. Awful service. Food was cold again. drink was room temperature. Missing wings and no container for sauced wings so sauce ? everywhere ?

When you pick up from them, everything is hot and ready when they said that it would be, and the people are always very friendly and very polite..
