The restaurant closes at 8:30 on Sundays which is inconsistent to the time posted on their website. The incorrect time and unfriendly employee made me waste a trip.
I am not a connoisseur of poke at all. The menu at Poke Me is from what I can tell bog standard poke fare. Here you choose a certain number of options including of course fish and add-ins. The young lady behind the counter during our visit was as unhelpful as possible in terms of explaining ingredient choices, etc. Her personality and demeanor said she works minimum wage and was determined to do the absolute minimum...no hello and no thank you. The poke? My other half was fine with it, but it didn't rank beyond average. Would she go back? Maybe.

I was returning customer , I went to order a bowl. A guy started my order and I told him the base. I then told him extra seaweed salad. HE NODDED and put the tiniest amount. ?I then said can I have more seaweed, and he said I can’t give you more. I told him, you can charge me, I always ask for it like this. He gave me a smile like he was talking to a 2 year old. I left. I don’t appreciate being lied to, he could just have said no from the start. I left to look for another poki place, I went to poki bar down the street, it was so good and a much better price. And I got my extra seaweed,

When we arrived, I actually came because I wanted to try the burrito. I was told they don't serve it here. The food taste for cost was meh 40 dollars for two bowls and they also didn't have any cucmber. The guy was nice it just felt like he was uncomfortable. I wouldn't really recommend it as a repeat.

My salmon/tuna bowl was great - no funky smell, the fish and all other ingredients were fresh. Rice to ingredients ratio was perfect. Everything was balanced. Minus one star is for the price . Medium bowl cost me $18 after

Ordered the large (4 scoops) bowl. Good portions. Friendly staff. I've passed by this spot a few times in the past. They always seem out of ingredients or something though. The other times, they were out of protein items. Only tuna was available. This time, they were out of truffle ponzu sauce and tofu. Hopefully, they can get their items fully stocked when I revisit later on.

food was great everything especially the fish was fresh. there were a few things they were out of but we came close to closing time but it didnt make the meal or experience less pleasing.
Bad experience I regret.Pricy and had almost nothing for the sides. And the workers were far from good very unprofessional and unmotivated
The place was very chaotic and messy . They had almost nothing for the sides. And the workers were very uneducated with what they are giving the customer. Very unprofessional workers on their phones talking and not working. Wouldn’t be coming back very slow and not good for the price.
This location gives tiny portions, not worth it. The one in Westwood is great! Just skip this one unless you like paying $20 for half the food
Their customer service is very rude and so disrespectful. It was our first time trying to order in line to ask questions on how the process and this so called manager there from Topanga Mall by the name of John Smith as he claim and told us that we were not listening while he was explaining it to the first person ordering ahead of us. Also, this older nice women just taking a picture of the food next to us just got told by the same guy to stop filming because it against their policy. How crazy is that we were at the food court public place with many people around. I nicely ask him what is his deal why giving us such an attitude. He answer if we don’t like it just go away and get it elsewhere. Our family just look at each other and walk away not dealing with him. During that time some of the people also heard it and walked away. He yelled loudly that we will come back again while walking away. This guys is a joke. Hahaha. I will never waste my time getting my food here again. I hope the corporate management have better course of actions after reading this feedback and have better solution how to train their employees much better. Please Get your food elsewhere, trust me you have been warned. Many choices in that food court that you’ll enjoy. Bon appétit ?
