I am not a connoisseur of poke at all. The menu at Poke Me is from what I can tell bog standard poke fare. Here you choose a certain number of options including of course fish and add-ins. The young lady behind the counter during our visit was as unhelpful as possible in terms of explaining ingredient choices, etc. Her personality and demeanor said she works minimum wage and was determined to do the absolute minimum...no hello and no thank you. The poke? My other half was fine...
When we arrived, I actually came because I wanted to try the burrito. I was told they don't serve it here. The food taste for cost was meh 40 dollars for two bowls and they also didn't have any cucmber. The guy was nice it just felt like he was uncomfortable. I wouldn't really recommend it as a repeat.
My salmon/tuna bowl was great - no funky smell, the fish and all other ingredients were fresh. Rice to ingredients ratio was perfect. Everything was balanced. Minus one star is for the price . Medium bowl cost me $18 after
