I do love potato corner, not this one anymore, I loved it 10 years ago. When Mark was the manager and running this place, he was great, and everyone else was working too. Now everyone else, as I hear, is just terrible. And it's true. I gave it a five star ? for my previous experience of 10 years ago. They never have Chili BBQ flavor now.

I ordered combo fries sour cream flavor and sprite drink.I was waiting for my order ,then I noticed one of the customer who ordered behind me was given their order first ,I approached the person who I ordered ,he mentioned that the fries I ordered was not available yet and he asked me right away if I want a refund,i was upset ,since i was only asking why.I asked for the manager and he said he was the one The manager attitude was rude instead of explaining in nice way .this manager does not deserve to be a manager ,customer service is very poor,in addition also he did not give me the receipt when I ordered

at 7:40 pm they don’t want to serve you. And the server said they are short on staff . Though there is 3 people in the counter. I understand they want to go home, then you should change the hours online. Don’t post 8pm post 7:30 is your closing. That’s all I ask. This is on

Showed up 40 minutes prior to what time it says they close online and they were already closed.
If I could give ZERO STARS, please believe I would. So... I ordered my fries, loopy, with garlic flavor. It took them 15 minutes to realize they never even looked at my order. There were FOUR women and 1 guy working. Mind you no one else is waiting for an order. It's Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 5:15 pm. You can figure out who was working and educate them please. They never said, we apologize for the delay we are now wmking your fries. Instead I had to ask about my order and when I did the girl with drawn eyebrows and lowcut green shirt said, "Um they just came out". The bigger girl in black made the fries super quick and poured waaay to much seasoning on the fries leaving them non-edible and trash appropriate, which is where they went, in the trash. The lady who handed them to me made a derragatory comment in Spanish about me asking about my fries and didn't even give me a fork. It was inappropriate and I know this because I am a Spanish speaking mexican. When I asked for one, she rolled her eyes and didn't even look at me when handing the fork over. Still no apology for the 20 minute wait and no ranch. Safe to say I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Flavored fries such as BBQ (spicy or not they have it) garlic parmesan, and more. ✅This place only allow mixed flavors [IF] you get a GIGA size. ❗The instructions on how to order is at the register. ✅ Just follow it.Staff needs to be more lively. Why? How can you not when you're selling the best fries in the neighborhood? ? But then who knows, maybe they're tired.Kids meal ✅Adults are allowed to have kids meal ✅ that's a plus.You need to stand around so you can hear them call out your name when your order is ready. ✅ They don't have a microphone to announce your beautiful name. They should have one, though.That's all! Enjoy! ? Feel free to follow! ??

Its ok. I got chicken wings. They just put frozen wings into the oven and thats it. Wings were pretty juicy but were falling apart like they were overcooked. It was ok but I doubt I am coming back any time soon

I got food poisoned. There customer service was trash. The cashier was on her phone the whole time even while making a transaction. The strawberry lemonade taste like it hasn't been fresh for months. Its disgusting, where is heath inspection?!

Terrible place, this is one of the worst customer service places I have ever seen and the most unsanitary food places I have ever been to. Some of the workers don't wear mask, and non of them use gloves. I never saw the workers wear gloves or wash there hands. There floor was filthy and their trash was over flowing. 2 of the workers would just stand in corner eating and they would be on there phone. They would make our fries, without washing there hands or putting on gloves. One of there workers (Jennifer) that did my order. She was eating in the corner and then made my fries. She barely seasoned them, didn't wash her hands and didn't wear gloves. When I looked at my fries, it was faced side ways. No care at all. I would never go here, this place needs better management, and needs to be cleaned.
