Powerhouse Internet Cafe

I recently got there to print out important documents. It all went smoothly. They helped me even to get wifi on my phone, since normally, they don't provide it for obvious reasons. I still got it, because it was important to get in on my phone also to connect to their computer. Very kind of them. Also pretty quite, a huge variety of snacks to buy, and pretty cheap. Dear owners, you can even ask for higher prices. The only thing is the cleanliness. Since it is located in a not so well area, that would be likely still normal. Yse you your higher prices to make the environment clean. But I'll always come back.

Hidden gem! The biz has been around for over 15 years, evidently. I'm so glad I finally found this place. My Matcha Frappuccino was was customized better than Starbucks can do it and for half the price! The owner, Zinet (her name means "blessing") is an absolute delight and provides a safe space for computer rental in a bodega-humble environment. Brilliant way to support and grow the community... and enjoy great coffee and homemade empanadas!

Lady behind the register was nice and knowledgeable. Coffee was hot and plenty. A neighborhood stop carrying the mid-tier essentials.

This lady's the most sweetest woman I've ever met the lady who's in charge of the Cafe she is great to talk to and she's very welcoming and her iced coffees are the best she cares for all her customers and understand everyone that comes in she's a nice person

Power house Cafe is awesome! The lady that owns the shop is the sweetest! She really helped me figure out how to open my verification email and they have fax machines there so she faxed for me too. I ordered a taro smoothie and a croissant sandwich while I was there and it was delicious. I can tell the whole neighborhood loves this shop and the owner. 5-6 people came in and ordered coffee and just hung out and talked smack with the lady while she was helping. I felt like I was in a barbershop. Good vibes and I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in the area.

The woman who works here and the gentleman who works here have amazing customer service. Always so friendly and kind! I've been using their computers for years and I'm so glad I live closeby because I can always use their services. 5 stars!! ??

Wonderful all purpose Cafè The woman who runs the establishment is a very smart and resourceful person. You ask for something and she makes it better than you expect! Very affordable store with outstanding customer service! Has useful products you would never even expect to find a ridiculously reasonable rates!

I've been coming here for years!!! The owners are both very sweet. I come here when I need to use the computer for hours, make copies, fax documents. They have great customer service and are ALWAYS so sweet to their customers. I love the coffee and shakes that they offer as well. They have so many items from food to drinks and MUCH MORE!!!! This review is LONG OVERDUE!!!! Thank you for everything you do.

Every saturday morning I come for a smoothie here the guy always working is extremely nice fair prices as well !
