Went to the Woodland Hills branch and Kristina the rep forgot to put my order (açaí bowl) in the bag. Instead of apologizing when I said can I pick it up tomorrow she said no, she can’t do anything and to call customer service then hung up. So basically as a VIP member which I will now cancel and let everyone know how bad their customer service is, they stole from me and didn’t even try to solve the error they caused. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and with their corporate office. Pressed have to be more conscious of their employees. You cannot have unprofessional people who don’t know what they’re doing run your facilities and treat customers this way. I want my money back and a formal apology

Great establishment when it comes to diverse, healthy, vegan, to even dietary items, selections whether pre-made salad/health bowls, acai/freeze bowls, smoothies, wellness shots, with countless snack options. Great system when it comes to pickup orders with available fridges, clean environment with outside tables, complimentary sample cart, dog/pet water bowl, & overall beneficial app rewards program/vip opportunity to save money. Exceptional service, great staff, & impeccable experiences for each & every visit. Keep up the great work.

Clean, Customer Service is always welcoming. I love love love getting the açaí bowl with all of the good toppings 😍😍😍😍 such a good place to stop by after a walk around the village or on a break.

We LOVE pressed juicery, however, we are missing an item from what we ordered in store and we’ve called the customer service line over and over to get it taken off our bill. Is there any way to call the store directly. Pls advise. Thank you!
Brought 5 children here after a practice to treat them for an Açaí bowl (they LOVE açaí) and all of them refused to eat it saying something is wrong with the Açaí mix, that the fruit on top was the only thing they could stomach. I tried it and truly it was unpalatable, like eating some sort of an artificial protein powder with a spoon, disgusting and very said. We threw it all away. So much waste. They all ordered original.
One star is for the fruit on top, the other is for getting all the mods right.

I come about 3/4 times a week because I live and work super close. Today was the first time I’ve ever experienced a bad experience, I’m truly disappointed. I always get attended so nicely by these 2 girls who are always there,
Amazing. But today I got taken care of by a girl who I’ve never seen, she seemed like maybe manager with the stuck up attitude she had, I have a usual açaí spot ( protini) but
I come here specifically for the açaí freeze / bowl but I never get any fruits everytime because I only come for the freeze part. The small and medium aren’t enough so I get the regular bigger size bowl and ONLY get the açaí freeze part. Today this girl handed me my bowl with less than half of the bowl full of açaí freeze and I question if she was done preparing it and she said yes so I said they usually fill it up to the top for me because I skip the fruits ( which I’m still technically paying extra for, $12.50 for a bowl with mostly air in it at that point ) the girl then says with so much attitude “ it’s literally only supposed to be 8 ounces “ and seems firm on not Putting more but I asked her nicely to put more ( I don’t like being rude because I know how customer service can be and my baby niece was with me I didn’t want to cause a scene ) and she did put more but with such a horrible attitude. My niece was visiting with me for her first time here for the holidays and I hyped this place up so much just for us both to leave with a bad taste / experience because of this girl. Attitude check please. Don’t feel comfortable coming here anymore.

One of my favorite healthy pleasures! I am (suprisingly) in love with the snickerdoodle freeze. I added fresh fruit & almonds (yumm!). A light & healthy option on these hot (autumn) nights. Being a VIP member has its perks too, check it out! Would give 5 stars but the store is very cramped & its usually crowed (but worth the wait!)
I walked into Pressed in Woodland Hills a few weeks ago. Having worked retail in the past, I know what it’s like to deal with customers all day, so I’m especially kind, and jovial. The Lady at the counter made me feel as if I was bothering her. Never bothered to tell my Husband, and me about their promotion (mind you he’s a VIP Member). We noticed their promotion on our way out, and turned to ask her about it. She said it was too late since she had already processed the order. She didn’t even try to make it right. It was buy 4 juices get one free. I let it go, and decided to go back a couple days ago, but this time I ordered online to avoid dealing with their rude staff, for longer than I needed to. The gentleman working that day had my order ready to go he was very kind, and professional (he’s the reason I’m giving them two stars). I had another errand to run before I went home, so he suggested I leave the juices in the fridge, and come back after. I agreed. When I returned, there was a female employee who never was helping another customer. When she was done, not once did she look up to greet me. She kept her head down the entire time, and finally told me she would help me that she would be with me soon. Luckily the nice male employee came out from the back to help me. Another customer walked-in, and the same female employee gave him horrible service. It’s as if she was so miserable to be there, and was being bothered. Please give better customer service training. I refuse to give my business to a place that wont take time to find the right employees who could take care of customers, and at the very least be friendly. This all falls back on management.
